Sometimes food is just food, but other times it can be a magical feeling; almost like you’re introducing your taste buds to a whole new world of flavor, and the world will never be the same again! That might sound a little over the top, but honestly, that is what it was like with these incredible and creative dishes at the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Atlantic City.

Cheese, and more cheese!

If you love cheese the way I do, the Burrata Salad is probably the most incredibly delicious thing that you have never even heard of (at least, I hadn’t heard of it until the amazing Chef Meghan told me about it!). Imagine a chewy, stretchy ball of mozzarella cheese, wrapped around another softer, more gooey ball of mozzarella. Doesn’t that sound incredible? Now picture that on a grilled crostini with some baby greens and drizzled with a sweet lemon confit. Forget the entree, I’ll have two salads, thanks!

This Sweet Perfection

We couldn’t possibly save dessert for last because, holy cow, the Sticky Toffee Pudding is one sweet dessert. While “pudding” here doesn’t usually mean a rich chocolatey cake type thing, for those from across the pond like Gordon Ramsay, this is pudding, and you’re going to love it this way. With a scoop of double cream vanilla ice cream and hot toffee sauce that you get to drizzle yourself, I never wanted it to end.

Not Your Ordinary Deviled Eggs

You should know by now that at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, nothing is ever ordinary, because there is always a way to make it extraordinary. That is exactly what the Ramsay team has done here with their Deviled Eggs. The eggs are topped with a layer of sweet Maine lobster and caviar to give it an extra flair, and an outstanding combination of flavors that you may have never expected.

A trip to Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is always awesome, whether you’re in the mood for a taste awakening like I was, or just want to stick with your old favorites. Plus, they do brunch now too! And to top it all off, you can stay in a beautiful room right upstairs at Caesars, so you’re not too far from any of these perfect menu items. Click here to book your stay!
