You’re probably familiar with Nero’s Italian Steakhouse at Caesars Atlantic City, and how they combine inspired cuisine with breathtaking ocean views for an unforgettable dining experience. However, have you had the opportunity to visit Betty’s Back Room at Nero’s?

Betty’s Back Room is one of the best hidden treasures in all of Atlantic City, and you don’t even need a secret password to get in! Plus, with their updated menu, there is a lot of exquisite fare that you won’t be able to find up front. Take a bite of these four delicious dishes that Betty is serving up in the Back Room at Nero’s!

Seafood Heaven

If you’re a seafood lover, you might need someone to pinch you, just so you can be totally sure that you’re not dreaming. The Cioppino Livornese (which is a lot easier to eat than it is to say) is the perfect seafood dish because it has everything: Maine lobster, shrimp, scallops, clams, and mussels, served atop a bed of pasta and topped with a tomato bordo!

A Salad Fit For Caesar himself

It shouldn’t come as any surprise that if you’re looking for the best Caesar Salad in the world, you should go to Caesars! It’s literally right in the name! This salad is no joke either, the whole thing is assembled fresh tableside, including the dressing! Everything made right before your eyes, and with your specifications, with the result being this green masterpiece.

Carnivore’s Delight

Ideally this dish would serve two or three people, however, if there is someone in your group whose desire for steak is never truly quenched, the Controfiletto Curato should do the trick. A 24 oz. Dry Age Center Cut Sirloin steak is paired with mushrooms and steak fries for the ultimate steak feast.

This Dessert Is “The Bomb!”

“Betty’s Tartufo Bomb” to be exact, and the only thing dangerous about this dessert bomb is how dangerously delicious it is! Pistachio ice cream and an amareno cherry center are exploding out of a crisp chocolate shell with warm ganache.

If you haven’t yet experienced the best kept secret at Caesars, you’re missing out on the truly unique dining experience that Betty’s Back Room in Nero’s Italian Steakhouse has to offer! The Back Room is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm to 10:30pm, and is also available for private parties (if you want to keep the goodness all to yourself!)
