What a time to be alive! Spring has finally sprung in America’s Playground and the city’s highly anticipated Beer & Music Festival hosted by Bally’s Wild Wild West kicks off next Friday. But, as the official emcee of AC’s first-ever Beer Week, we’re rolling out the hoppy vibes all week long leading up to this year’s big event! Bally’s, Caesars and Harrah’s Resort have partnered with top-tier breweries in the area for a series of exclusive beer dinners, brunches and cooking classes. Read about all of our exciting happenings below!

 

Bally’s:

Stone Brewing Beer Dinner at Guy Fieri’s Chophouse– Join the Chophouse team on Thursday, March 28th from 7-9PM for an out-of-this-world four-course dinner, each part pairing with a unique offering by Stone Brewing. The California-based brewery’s masterminds have expertly matched menu items with their top-notch craft selections.

First course— Smoked Pulled Pork Tacos: Guy’s Chipotle BBQ, roasted corn salsa, and tequila sour cream; paired with Stone Brewing Ripper Pale Ale.

Second course— Cherry Walnut Salad: Mixed greens, spiced walnuts, dried cherries, authentic barrel aged feta and white balsamic vinaigrette; paired with Stone Brewing Tropic of Thunder.

Entree— Stuffed & Stacked Sonoma-Rubbed Short Rib Burger: Stuffed beef braised short rib patty, beer-battered onion rings, pepper jack cheese, served on a garlic-toasted brioche bun and accompanied by pickle fries; paired with Stone Brewing Stone IPA.

Finale— Stone Brewery Beer Cheesecake: Burnt cinnamon flan and candied-plum sauce; paired with Stone Brewing Totalitarian Imperial Russian Stout.

ICYMI: Bally’s Wild Wild West will also be hosting the festival’s afterparty on Saturday, March 30th. At 9PM that evening, there will be an ~*epic*~ beer pong tournament. Entry fee is $20 per person for teams of two and prizes will include a $500 direct bet giveaway, a four-pack of tickets to Atlantic City’s Seafood Fest, two weekend passes to the AC Tattoo Festival and more! And fest-goers, we’re keeping the jams coming as  Stellar Mojo is slated to take the stage with DJ Aiden Scott.

 

Caesars:

Evil Genius Beer Dinner at Continental– Four courses, four eccentric Evil Genius brews with your name on them! Partake in this can’t-miss beer-pairing on Tuesday, March 26th. The fun begins at 7PM sharp.

First course— Shrimp Cerviche Tacos: Jicama, lime, mint, and crisp taro root taco shells; paired with #Adulting | Guava IPA

Second course— Green Curry Chicken: Cardamom-scented basmati rice; paired with Stacy’s Mom | Citra IPA

Third course— Coco-Rubbed Filet Cut Rib-eye: Crispy, white sweet potatoes and mole; paired with Purple Monkey Dishwasher | Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter 

Fourth course— Cheesecake Spring Roll: Red bean-banana dipping sauce; paired with New Phone, Who Dis? | Caramel Macchiato Porter

Sam Adams Beer Dinner at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill– Accompany the GR Pub & Grill gang on Thursday, March 28th from 7-9PM for a fantastic, four-course dinner. This menu has been constructed with care by property executive chef, Keith Mitchell while Sam Adams brew masters skillfully match their finest ales with our gourmet grub.

First course— Smoked Trout Salad: Pickled mango, baby cilantro, stone fruit vinaigrette; paired with a Sam Adam’s New World Tripel

Second course— Slow-Roasted Berkshire Pork Belly: Mini croque-madame, poached quail egg, watercress, crispy leek; paired with an Angry Orchard Walden Hollow

Entree— Wood-Grilled Tenderloin Medallions; Short rib, bone marrow toast, roasted carrots, pomme frites; paired with a Sam Adams Tetravis- Belgian Quad

Finale— Caramel Apple Cider Fritters: Dulce de leche caramel, plum jam, rum raisin ice cream; paired with a Sam Adam’s Thirteenth Hour Stout- Belgian Stout

Beerfest Brunch at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill- An evening of fabulous tunes and brews should always be followed by a fabulous afternoon feast, don’t you agree? On March 29th and 30th from noon to 5PM, GR Pub will be hosting a divine à la carte brunch featuring not just the British-themed hot spot’s traditional menu, but limited release drafts from New Belgium Fire Stone Walker.

Harrah’s:

Viking Cooking School– From March 26th to 28th, Viking is hosting a series of one-of-a-kind dining experiences at a great value. Beer geeks and foodies alike, take your pick from these unique, five-course tutorial spreads featuring pairings from some of the most popular breweries out there. All demonstrations are set in cocktail party-style and for your convenience, there will be two sections each day to choose from.

3/26/19– Stone Brewing: 5PM to 7PM & 8PM to 10PM

3/27/19– Sierra Nevada: 5PM to 7PM & 8PM to 10PM

3/28/19– Dogfish Head: 5PM to 7PM & 8PM to 10PM
