Whether you’ve been vegan for years, are testing the waters, or are simply interested in exploring new menu items: finding restaurants that serve vegan-friendly options can be daunting. Especially when visiting a new place, opting-out of consuming food with animal products can be extra difficult without recommendations. But don’t worry, you can still enjoy some amazing dining options at Caesars, Harrah’s Resort, and Bally’s AC without having to make any sacrifices! We’ve highlighted 4 absolutely delicious vegan dishes that you can enjoy in Atlantic City!

The Impossible Burger at Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill

If you’re a vegan, chances are you’ve had a few “impossible burgers” before. The trend has been especially popular in the last year. However, nothing can compare to the masterful burger at Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill. The seasoning is exquisite, and the perfect balance of tastes is what makes this dish a fan favorite. The (delicious) vegan patty is topped with vegan cheddar, and vegan garlic mayo – making it truly impossibly good. Vegans and meat-eaters alike rave over this burger – but we’d expect nothing less from Gordon Ramsay. The Pub and Grill also offers several other vegetarian and vegan options, which you can see here.

Vegan Paella at Veracruz

Veracruz is one of the best Mexican restaurants Atlantic City has to offer, and it offers a wide variety of vegan options. From appetizer favorites like Shishito Peppers blistered peppers and Mexican Street Corn to delicious entrees like the vegan tacos. One of our personal plant-based favorites is the Vegan Paella. It’s made with roasted seasonal vegetables with saffron infused bomba rice – and it’s simply divine. This dish is bursting with flavor and the combination of spicy seasonings will warm your belly and leave you completely satisfied. Oh, and we recommend a heaping side of their vegan guacamole too!

spaghetti with marinara at Buca Di Beppo

Buca Di Beppo is a family-style Italian restaurant serving up all the classics. Luckily, one of the best dishes is one of the simplest, and is completely animal product free – the spaghetti Marinara. The classic dish with a side of rosemary potatoes is a perfect treat. The pasta is fresh and the sauce is meat and cheese free, and will satisfy and Italian and carb cravings! Plus, sangria and mimosas are vegan as well, and the ones at Buca are killer.

Black Bean Burger at AC Burger Co.

You might be surprised to learn that a place called “AC Burger Co.” has some super delicious menu items  that are completely free of animal products, but their selection is great! One of the standout vegan dishes is their Vegan Black Bean Burger, made with black beans, quinoa, pico de gallo, vegan mayo, and pickled onions. The black bean patty is big, thick, and hearty and even meat eaters LOVE them.

If you’re a vegan, you’ve probably heard the question “but, what do you eat” countless times. Well, now you can respond with “actually, I just had a delicious Gordon Ramsay meal that was completely vegan!” That should do the trick! It can be tough going into a restaurant wondering if there is anything you’ll be able to eat, but at CaesarsHarrah’s, and Bally’s in Atlantic City, you never have to worry, because there is something scrumptious for everyone, whether you eat meat, cheese, or neither!
