Happy National Pancake Week!

Yes, that’s right! It starts today and goes allll the way until February 27th. To celebrate this amazing week, 10 luscious, gourmet pancakes will be offered at Cafe Roma at Caesars Atlantic City, Crossroads At House Of Blues at Showboat Atlantic City, and 6ix: A Bistro at Bally’s Atlantic City. Who doesn’t love pancakes, right?! You’ll die when you get a look at these babies. Ready?

1. Royal Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

Ya’ll like cinnamon rolls? It’s a pancake now! Two amazing breakfast goodies rolled into one. Fluffy buttermilk pancakes topped with cinnamon roll royal icing and cinnamon-sugared candied pecans! Um, yeah. Noms x’s infinity.


2. Oreo Pancakes

Our taste buds REALLY connected with this one, let us tell ya. Glorious pancakes topped with classic Oreo cookies, cream glaze and chocolate sauce? Yes, please! All day, every day!


3. Pina Colada Pancakes

If you like pina coladas and being caught in the rain…we mean…these might be for you. Let’s be real, any time you add some kind of alcohol to anything, it’s pretty much a winning situation. These pancakes are covered and smothered with fresh pineapple and coconut with hot rum sauce, people! Get ’em while they’re hot!


4. Death By Chocolate Pancakes

HEL-LO! Chocolate lovers, unite! We got chocolate all around, here. Chocolate battered pancakes, for starters. Covered with whipped cream, chocolate chips and chocolate syrup. We want!

Aww, look at this cute little healthy one. There’s really some pancake out there for everyone. And you can top with your choice of blueberries, bananas or strawberries. Live healthy!


6. Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes

Just looking at this one makes our mouths water. Pancakes layered with fresh cut strawberries,whipped cream and strawberry sauce? Berry delicious! Totally.


7. Huckleberry Pancakes

Some more berry for ya, cause everyone likes berry options berry much. Too much berry? What else do you expect us to do here, seriously? Plus, where else can you eat huckleberries these days? These huckleberries are mixed into a lovely buttermilk pancake batter, cooked on the griddle and served with whipped cream. Mmm, mmm, good.


8. Lemon Ricotta Pancakes

Add a little ricotta cheese and lemon juice to the mixture and voila! Lemon Ricotta Pancakes! What makes this selection even more unique and nom-worthy is that it is drizzled with orange maple syrup. A MUST try!


9. Red Velvet Pancakes

We know this is a DREAM pancake for so many of you. And we have it. Ready and waiting. Totally willing to be gobbled up. By you. Red velvet pancakes stacked between sweet layers of sweet cream cheese frosting. Joyfully topped with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and a handful of chocolate chips. Dream it. Eat it.


10. Bananas Foster Pancakes

Bananas Foster, boos! Always a favorite! Pancake and banana create a winning combination and this one takes it an amazing step further. Because it’s smothered with caramel sauce, whipped cream, warm cinnamon, and powdered sugar. Oh, yeahhh. Get it while it’s good! Which is of course until February 27th.
