Tom Morgan and Chef EricFebruary is Pancake Month at Bally’s Atlantic City! Each week, Chef Eric from Buca Di Beppo and Bally’s TV Host Tom Morgan will showcase a new flavored pancake dish that is being served at Buca!

In our first week of Pancake Month, we created Red Velvet Pancakes, followed by the second week becoming even more sweeter with Banana Foster Pancakes! This week we’re getting out of control and practically calling this dish a dessert with Buca Di Beppo’s very own Doughnut Glazed Pancakes!

The ingredients include:

Pancake batter

Crumbled doughnut crumbs

Raspberry Jam (to give a jelly doughnut texture)

Powdered Sugar

Special glaze mixture

Whipped Cream

Buca Di Beppo at Bally’s Atlantic City Hotel and Casino is currently serving signature pancake dishes including flavors Bananas Foster, Red Velvet, Glazed Doughnut, and White Chocolate Raspberry.  Plus, it’s all you can eat for just $13.99! To learn more and book a reservation click HERE.
