Ballys TV Host Tom Morgan with Chef Eric at Buca Di Beppo

February is Pancake Month at Bally’s Atlantic City! Each week, Chef Eric from Buca Di Beppo and Bally’s TV Host Tom Morgan will showcase a new flavored pancake dish that is being served at Buca!

 

Pancake Month started with a Valentine’s Day theme as Chef Eric showed us how to make Red Velvet Pancakes!

 

 

The initial ingredients included:

Dry Yeast

Pinch of Salt

Cocoa Powder

Evaporated Milk

Brown Sugar

Melted Butter

Fresh Vanilla Bean

Red Food Coloring

Cream Cheese

Chocolate Chips

Crumbled Red Velvet Cake
