We’re about a month out from the most loving day of the year, ladies. Maybe you’re expecting something special. Maybe you’re going somewhere special. Maybe you don’t know anything and your guy is planning an extravagant surprise. Whatever the case may be, you gotta look good…right?! The Spa & Salon at Bally’s at Bally’s Atlantic City is currently offering some Valentine’s Day specials.

You have to look good, we know. And so does The Salon at Bally’s because they are now featuring a Head To Toe Sensation package that includes a style & finish, manicure and pedicure for just $150!

What, a pedicure in January or February, you say? Pedis at this time of the year are always essential and can actually benefit you more than you think! You know, they do more than clean you up! Check out an interview with Cindy, a Nail Tech at The Salon, below to get the deets!

The Spa & Salon at Bally's

TAC: Can pedicures do more than make your feet look awesome?

Cindy: Yes! More and more doctors are recommending massages to reduce pain and stress and the feet are no exception.  A relaxing pedicure with good techniques will increase blood circulation and can relax the whole body.  Regular pedicures can be beneficial to the overall health and wellness of the feet.

TAC: Good to know! Why is The Salon at Bally’s the perfect place to enjoy a pedi?

Cindy: Customers can enjoy their pedicure treatments with peace of mind here.  Bally’s Salon prides ourselves on the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.  Foot fungus’s and infections can be a serious problem at other salons.  In most cases, people aren’t even aware this is happening at the time of their service.  Fungus infections are very hard to get rid of and can even result in the loss of the toenail or even worse.  A “quick spritz and wipe out” of the pedi bowl is NOT acceptable or in accordance with State Regulations.

TAC: Eeek! Another good tidbit and also good to know we don’t have to worry about this at The Salon at Bally’s! Most people choose pedicures during the summer months, but why are they a great service for the winter as well?

Cindy: Pedicure products have come a long way in recent years.  Many products now contain proteins and conditioners to help soften, hydrate and nourish the skin. A paraffin wax dip helps keep natural moisture in the skin. You can also help get rid of excess dry and hard skin on your heels and soles with a special callus elimination treatment.

Fabulous! Really great info, quick and to the point! Enjoy a classic pedicure at The Spa & Salon at Bally’s and/or a callous treatment and paraffin foot treatment every day or take advantage of the Head To Toe Sensation package from now until Valentine’s Day! Not only will your feet look great, they’ll feel great too! The Spa & Salon at Bally’s is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays through Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. And if you want to kill two birds with one stone and spend Valentine’s Day at Bally’s, take advantage of the Romantic Getaway package that includes an overnight stay, dinner for two and late checkout for just $93!
