Well…we’re taking this notion and going one step further! If today is the last day you can mutter a “Happy New Year”, it’s still fair game for us to post this blog we’re about to write: The Top 3 Things to Look Forward to in Atlantic City in 2015! Boo-yah. Check it:

The Opening of Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill Atlantic City

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill Atlantic City

Slated for a go time of February 2015, the construction for this Caesars Atlantic City restaurant that is sure to be a popular Atlantic City attraction is right on track and coming along smoothly! Season 13 Hell’s Kitchen winner and new chef of the joint,La Tasha McCutchen, has already been spotted on property! Chef La Tasha will soon be serving up a menu of  authentic British pub cuisine with the occasional Jersey flair utilizing the area’s freshest ingredients and resources. Are you ready for some bangers and mash, fish and chips and the famous Ramsay London Broil?

Also true to pub form, the beer will be a-flowin’ as the bar will act as the centerpiece of the restaurant. Get ready for a great, worldwide selection of craft and microbrews and choose from more than 30 beers on tap! Kegs will also play a huge role in dining experience and design.

Additionally, EDG Interior Architecture + Design will create additional spaces for a vintage-style lounge, a private dining room and numerous casual dining rooms decked in worn woods, traditional English telephone booth backdrops and historic pop culture wall relics. The patio of the current space will also expand well beyond it’s original size where guests will be able to experience the energy of Caesars Atlantic City like no other. It’s almost time. Are you ready for Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill?

Extra Beach & Boardwalk Time

Doesn’t that just look incredible right about now? Well according to The Old Farmer’s Almanac, we’re in luck. In these days of frigid temps, we may find comfort in the fact that April through summer’s end is set to be warmer than usual. This means beach time will start early and last longer on the east coast in 2015! Just three more months until we can start to get a taste of sun tans, Atlantic City boardwalk burgers and more! Totally excited.

The Unveiling of the Waterfront Conference Center

The Waterfront Conference Center marks a $125 million expansion to Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City and is expected to bring a whole new slew of clientele to the city for midweek conferences starting in October 2015. The finished product will serve as the largest and most technologically advanced facility of its kind in the Northeast region. Take a look:
