Matsuri, the popular production show at Imperial Palace, will present a special, free performance for veterans or any active military personnel and their families on Jun. 13 at 4:00 p.m.

Tickets are available while supply lasts.

Bonus factoid: "Matsuri" means "festival."

In this lively show, world-class athletes perform incredible feats of strength and balance in a choreographed “celebration of body, mind and skill.”

For tickets, click here to e-mail your name and the total number in your party. (Limit of six tickets per military I.D.)

Make your reservation in the name of the person picking up the tickets. He or she must present a military I.D. Tickets may be picked up between 2:45 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. in front of the showroom on the third floor of the Imperial Palace (not the box office).

“Matsuri” is also collecting donations for TAPS (Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors) through Jun. 13. TAPS is a charitable organization offering resources to the families and loved ones who have suffered the loss of someone in the military.
