The construction curtain has fallen away, so we’ve got a first look at the new Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace, set to open Dec. 18, 2012.

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill

Two of our favorite things. Pubs and grills.

The new restaurant at Caesars makes three dining options in Las Vegas for the colorful chef Ramsay. Gordon Ramsay BurGR opens Dec. 22, 2012 at Planet Hollywood, and Gordon Ramsay Steak opened at Paris Las Vegas in May.

There will be a quiz.

This blog loves it some dark wood.

The virtually simultaneous opening of two restaurants from one celebrity chef is something that’s never been done in Las Vegas, and we’d be even more impressed if it weren’t, you know, Las Vegas.

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is set to have a neighborhood, English pub feel. The new offering will open for dinner on Dec. 18, with lunch service beginning in mid-January 2013.

Chef Ramsay has pulled in some top-notch talent at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, including Chef Jeremy Berlin who’s been named Executive Chef. Formerly, Berlin served as Executive Chef of the popular Church and State Bistro in L.A., and also earned his chops (see what we did there?) as Executive Sous Chef at Ramsay’s London West Hollywood restaurant, as well as sous chef at Gordon Ramsay’s London NYC eatery.

This peek-a-boo window, set off from the main restaurant, captures the pub vibe perfectly and has, frankly, charmed our shorts off. Actual results may vary.

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill will be two unique venues in one. The “Grill” section will feature dishes like New Zealand Red Snapper, lamb T-bone, whole brick-pressed Cornish chicken, dry aged, 30-ounce bone-in beef rib eye and spotted dog. (Don’t freak out. It’s pudding.)

The “Pub” area will boast what’s described as “elevated British pub food” and will show sporting events from around the world, as well as serving up a vast selection of beer (36 on tap, 24 bottled).

Among the many decorative touches is a massive wall of beer kegs, pictured below.

We'd tap that.

Our favorite TV Brit is certainly making his mark on Las Vegas, and we can’t wait to sample the “Hell’s Kitchen” star’s latest Sin City endeavors.

  1. Just what Vegas needs, another way over priced ham
    burger joint.

  2. Hey, people don’t come here to eat at a McDonald’s. We live large, eat well and want places people will go home talking about. Ramsay is giving them variety as well as a reason to come back. Bravo!

  3. That Don Guy

Besides, aren’t all burger places on the Strip – including McDonald’s – overpriced?

  4. Awesome!!! Can’t wait…will definitely give it a try when son arrives on 29th!!! I’m a local and love trying something new on the Strip. Can be guaranteed a good Guinness and burger if Gordon Ramsay has anything to do with it!!! :o)
