• Welcome to those attending the MBA Poker Tournament at Caesars Palace, Jan. 15-17, hosted by Harrah’s Entertainment. Last year, this networking and recruiting event attracted more than 600 MBA students from some of the country’s best universities.

• The 28th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade will be held on Jan. 18 downtown. Tony Gladney, Vice President National Diversity Relations of Harrah’s Entertainment, will serve as the event’s Grand Marshall.
