Jim O'Heir of "Parks and Recreation" is headed to Bally's Las Vegas after filming wraps on the show's 100th episode.

NBC’s smash hit “Parks and Recreation” filmed its 100th episode this week and shooting wraps tomorrow morning for the milestone show. Jim O’Heir, who plays the lovable punching bag Jerry Gergich, is jetting on a plane to Las Vegas for some much-needed R&R at Bally’s. As Vegas prepares for a Jerry invasion, O’Heir shared two different top eight lists: what he loves about Sin City, and what he thinks the comically clumsy Jerry would do on his first visit.

How Jim Does Vegas

  1. Gamble, of course. There’s nothing like sitting at a table with friends and having a good time.
  2. Hit up the restaurants. Gordon Ramsay’s Burger at Planet Hollywood is my go-to spot. Two words: Pudding shakes.
  3. Shows. You’re not doing Vegas right if you don’t see a show. We’ve got Cirque du Soleil’s “ONE” on our agenda this weekend.
  4. I love downtown. Seeing the lights overhead on the Fremont Street Experience is something else.
  5. This may sound cheesy but I do like New York New York’s rollercoaster.
  6. Hanging by the pool at Bally’s with my iPad.
  7. Sharks! My sister is going to get a kick out of checking out the Shark Reef.
  8. People watching. You’ve got to love it.

How Jerry Would Do Vegas

(I’m not sure if Jerry’s been to Vegas yet and has merely heard of Vegas so this list is what I think Jerry would want to do in Vegas for the first time.)

  1. See the real Rat Pack. Knowing him, he probably thinks they’re alive and the show is still going.
  2. See Wayne Newton’s show. Assuming he thinks this show is still available.
  3. Liberace Museum. Assuming he found an old website that had the address to this and thinks it still exists.
  4. Sightseeing Tours. Jerry would be the type to take his family on a Grand Canyon tour, signing up at one of the kiosks on the Las Vegas Boulevard.
  5. I think Jerry would make sure to see the Bellagio fountains and stroll on the Strip at night to enjoy the lights.
  6. I don’t take Jerry as a tables kind of guy, but I definitely see him on the penny slots excited as ever.
  7. Buffets – that’s a no brainer. He’d probably purchase the Buffet of Buffets Pass. 24 hours of buffets? That has Jerry’s name written all over it.
  8. Pool time with his gorgeous family, of course.

Catch the latest episode of “Parks and Recreation” when it airs tonight at 8 p.m. on NBC.
