Who knew grabbing a bite to eat would be so rewarding? On Friday, August 30 (around 6:20 p.m.), Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace celebrated its one millionth guest, Yao Cheng, with a royal prize package. If there’s anything better than eating at this award-winning Las Vegas buffet, this would be it.

Cheng’s winnings included the following:

  • A two-night stay in deluxe accommodations at Caesars Palace
  • Immediate seating and unlimited complimentary Bacchanal Buffet dining throughout stay
  • Luxurious spa treatments at Caesars Palace’s award-winning Qua Baths & Spa.

Talk about fulfilling your appetite, and then some! Even if the rest of us weren’t the one millionth guest, we’ll all come out winners. Featuring more than 500 food items and nine globally-inspired cooking stations, we highly recommend you come hungry and dress comfy.

This is also an amazing feat for Bacchanal Buffet; it already reached more than 1 million visitors since its opening on Sept. 10, 2012. If we break this number down, that means the famed Las Vegas buffet gets an average of 3,000 to 3,500 guests a day. The buffet also participated in Restaurant Week and offered guests tasty, one-of-a-kind  items.

Just within the past year, the restaurant hosted film legends like Morgan Freeman and Bradley Cooper; renowned chefs including Guy Savoy, Giada De Laurentiis and Gordon Ramsay; and supermodel Tyra Banks. Additionally, Las Vegas Sun, Las Vegas Review-Journal and USA Today named Bacchanal Buffet the No. 1 Buffet in Las Vegas.

Even if you already ventured to Bacchanal Buffet, the chefs are always whipping up fun, new concoctions. It’ll be a new trip every time you visit.

About The Author

I live for a crazy Vegas adventure, but not in ways you may think. Sure, our nightlife scene is all fun and dandy, but I love discovering all of the city's vegan options, relaxing in hotel rooms and seeing the best concerts - no matter how big or small the crowd may be. Since I've ditched the rain in Seattle two decades ago, I graduated from UNLV and covered Las Vegas entertainment articles for Vegas.com, the LA Times and our very own Total Vegas Blog. When I'm not writing, you'll find me spending time with my husband, toddler and two pets.
