Bobby Flay, the mastermind behind Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace, recently Tweeted his five favorite tequilas, and here’s what he had to say:

1. “One of my favorite tequilas is El Tesoro Platinum — crisp, clean, classic Agave aromas for the perfect margarita!”

2. “I love a Partida Margarita straight up (no triple sec) — using just Agave nectar, water and lime.”

3. “Chinaco Reposado is my favorite from this category — it has a balanced white pepper finish — drink it neat.”

4. “Tonight, I am going to have an after dinner tequila. Herradura Anejo — lightly spiced, flavors of dried fruits — the benchmark for all anejos.”

5. “Extra Anejo — fairly new category (5 yr. aged Chinaco Negro). Still clear, the agave/citrus aromas are bewilderingly fresh.”
