The latest culinary effort by TV’s most colorful chef is expected to open by the end of 2012.

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is located in the space formerly occupied by Bradley Ogden restaurant which closed in August.

Bonus bulldog fact: The bulldog is the official mascot of the United States Marine Corps.

The bulldog logo boasts the flag of the U.K., the Union Flag, also known as the “Union Jack.” The flag also adorns the ceiling of Gordon Ramsay’s other Las Vegas restaurant, Gordon Ramsay Steak, at Paris Las Vegas. Read more.

Ramsay’s new pub-style restaurant at Caesars Palace will serve up the “Hell’s Kitchen” chef’s take on British pub food, with items like fish and chips, roasted chicken and bangers and mash. The restaurant will also offer craft and microbrews from around the world, as well as 40 beers on tap.
