Just admit it. You’ve spent the month binge-watching The League, pouring over ranking sites and conducting mock drafts. Football season is almost upon us, which means it’s time for Fantasy Football drafts. Team selections can be made from behind a computer screen all by your lonesome but Las Vegas has bigger plans for your Fantasy team. Schedule a draft party on the Las Vegas Strip and enjoy beer, wings and in-person trash talking the way football season was meant to be celebrated!

Host Fantasy Football Party on the Las Vegas Strip

Where to hold your draft party:

  • Tilted Kilt at The LINQ Promenade hosts draft parties complete with a beautiful Kilt Girl to serve as commissioner. Enjoy happy hour specials throughout your draft including $5 domestic beers and well cocktails, $6 craft beers and various discounted appetizers including football favorites like sliders, wings and fries.

Wings, beer and football were made for each other. The Tilted Kilt agrees.

  • The LINQ Promenade’s newest watering hole, ameriCAN, gets your crew ready to draft with complimentary draft kits and WiFi. Beer specials include Kona Brewing Company’s Big Brew Golden Ale and Bud Light. Get enough for everyone with six packs of beer for $30, 100-ounce beer towers for $35 and $5 well cocktails.

Chayo Lobster Tacos

  • Just up the promenade, Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar also features Kona Brewing Company’s Big Brew Golden Ale and Bud Light. Grab a bucket of five beers for $25 or a 100-ounce beer tower for $35, if you prefer drafts for your draft. Whether you draft on Taco Tuesday or not, tacos platters are half off so eat your fill to keep you powered up for those later rounds… of player selections or shots! Taco platter options include flavor-packed carnitas, tender carne asada and pan-seared shrimp. Groups may connect to one of Chayo’s HD TVs to share draft picks as rounds advance and WiFi and complimentary draft kits are included.

Budweiser Beer Park Las Vegas Fantasy Football Draft Party

  • Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas offers several VIP packages to toast your draft in style with up to 12 friends. The $500 package includes a draft kit, 12 Belvedere cocktails and a $200 food credit. For $800, score a bottle of Belvedere for your group, a draft kit and $300 to spend on food. The $1200 package comes with the big kahuna- a magnum of Belvedere, plus a Beer Park draft conductor, a draft kit and $300 for munchies. Don’t miss the Smoked Chicken Drumsticks, Mac & Cheese Egg Rolls or the Soft Braided Pretzel with Bass IPA cheese fondue and house-made Goose Island mustard. After you’ve selected the winning team, get your league’s competitive side revved up with a spirited game of pool, foosball, cornhole or giant Jenga on Beer Park’s beautiful patio.

Where to stay: The LINQ Hotel & Casino

Get to the LINQ in Las Vegas where trendsetters are all about hotel bunk beds!

  • Hotel options are plentiful but to maximize the trash talking opportunities among the largest number of your friends, aka fantasy opponents, stay together in one of the new bunk bed rooms at The LINQ Hotel & Casino. You won’t be able to live it down if you flub a first round pick but it’ll be gloat city if you get your top RB and WR, so stay together for ease of bragging or ragging.
  • If bunk beds aren’t your thing, book a Deluxe Room with two double beds, plenty of counter space for your electronics and USB charging stations so you don’t choke when it’s your turn to select the next player. Rooms at The LINQ Hotel & Casino come equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in easy-to-use dispensers right in the showers as an eco-friendly convenience.

Las Vegas Sports Bar Fantasy Football Draft Party

  • There’s no shame in being a beer snob. You appreciate the nuances and there’s nothing wrong with that. Bring your brew crew to TAG Sports Bar inside The LINQ Hotel & Casino to enjoy a beverage list including 200 beers and sports streaming 24 hours a day from around the world. The staff at TAG is Beer Service Certified to assist you with finding just the right combo of hops and barley to satisfy your palate. Expand your beverage horizons with “hop’tails,” aka hand-crafted cocktails that include beer. If you’re feeling lucky, TAG is equipped with roulette and craps at more than 60 electronic gaming stations, plus blackjack with hologram dealers.

What else to do while you’re in Las Vegas:

Las Vegas Nightclub - Drai's

  • Pre-party before your Fantasy selections or celebrate your sure-to-be-dominant team after the draft at OMNIA or Drai’s. Keep these essential tips in mind for a smooth nightclub experience. A little bit of pre-planning will pay big dividends when you have the time of your life checking out top DJs with your league. Dress sharp and be sure to bring cash for tips. The fun doesn’t stop after midnight either. Check out our guide to the best after hours hangs in Vegas.

Happy Hour on the Las Vegas Strip

  • Light it up at Montecristo Cigar Bar at Caesars Palace with happy hour specials sure to make you feel like you just won the Super Bowl. Monday through Thursday from 3-5 p.m., enjoy half off selected snacks, $12 signature cocktails like the Bulleit Manhattan and Mr. Tasty’s Blackberry Mojito, $9 well drinks and select wines plus $6 beers including Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Blue Moon. Buy your commissioner a drink for his or her hard work organizing the draft! If you’re in the mood for a meal and a cigar for dessert, opt for the Caesars Palace 50th Anniversary special featuring the Old Homestead Burger from the neighboring steakhouse, the San Cristobal Elegancia cigar and the Rolling Smoke Mojito.

Cheers to another season of hitting the “boss button” on your work computer and obsessing about your fantasy team 24/7!
