The early bird $350/person (plus $200 for wine pairing) meal will be one for the memory books. It includes a whole roasted turbot fish and American prime beef tenderloin with black truffle potato puree. Or spring for the later “Prestige” seating. The $500/person (plus $300 wine pairing) nine-course menu features foie gras with crispy quinoa and porcini-bellota ham infusion.
