It can get toasty in Vegas during the summer months, but enterprising venues in Sin City always rise to the occasion, creating cool treats to crush that summer heat, hard. Here are three that caught our eye.

In honor of the climb in temperatures, Central Michel Richard restaurant at Caesars Palace has created a palate-pleasing new dessert, the Summer Fruit Pop.

Central Summer Fruit Pop

Don't be surprised if your taste buds break into song.

The refreshing dessert is served like a popsicle, and includes fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and kiwi.

The fruit is encased in a reduced white cranberry juice, with no sugar added. The pop is $5.

Next up is the amazing ice cream at IcePan at Harrah’s Las Vegas. Honestly, if you’re not doing IcePan at least once a day, every day during your visit, you might be doing Vegas wrong!

Please do your best to ignore the Fruity Pebbles topping.

Choose your base flavor, then your mix-ins and watch the magic unfold. Seasonal flavors, like watermelon (above), are especially good.

IcePan makes ice cream right before your eyes, from scratch, with no artificial colors or preservatives. At IcePan, watching the ice cream being made is part of the fun.

Bonus: IcePan ice creams have about half as many calories as regular ice cream. Yes, please.

Our third summer treat is the liquor-infused ice cream from SnoBar.

SnoBar ice cream

Some Vegas math: Liquor plus ice cream equals OMG.

SnoBar ice cream comes in flavors like Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper, and there are hooch-infused ice pops, too. We found ours poolside at Caesars Palace, but these tasty items are sold at numerous locations around town, including at about 15 popular resorts.

SnoBar ice creams have a liquor content of about 4%, and the ice pops are 6% range, so it’s not hard to chill responsibly.

Try one of these tempting Las Vegas treats and let us know what you think.
