The Flamingo Las Vegas hotel does the Flamingo Challenge to fight cancerMove over mannequin challenge. It’s time for the #FlamingoChallenge.

To celebrate the 70th anniversary of Flamingo Las Vegas, the iconic casino-resort is teaming up with the American Cancer Society to raise awareness and funds for cancer research.

Those yoga classes are about to pay off. All you have to do is balance on one leg, mimicking the flamingo’s famous one-legged pose. Snap a photo or video in a fun and unique place and post it on your favorite social media channel with the hashtag #FlamingoChallenge.

Then it’s time to call out your friends, family and co-workers. Nominate them and they have 24 hours to respond or forfeit and make a financial pledge to the American Cancer Society.

Flamingo Las Vegas’ hotel goal is to raise $70,000 by October 31, 2017.

Get out there and get posing for the #FlamingoChallenge and join our flock!

Today we took the #FlamingoChallenge. We challenge @pennandtellerlive, @xburlesque, And @mackingshow to #FlockCancer.
