Everybody wants a line pass!

Lines are a reality but here’s the insider scoop on how to save some time and skip the line to get to the fun faster in Vegas. Whether you’re heading to the buffet, a nightclub or just getting to your room, you want to get there quickly. There’s a good chance you booked your hotel and your flight on mobile devices so keep the convenience rolling when you arrive.

Hotel Express Check-In Kiosks

Skip the traditional hotel check-in line and get your room key faster with Express Check-In Kiosks at Las Vegas hotels. Nobody wants to wait in line if they don’t have to and Caesars Entertainment makes it easier for you to breeze through the check-in process.

Maybe you wore your swimsuit under your clothes on the plane so you could literally hit the pool as soon as you arrive. Perhaps you’re more excited to get to your room, kick off your shoes and order room service. Whatever your goal is, it’s even faster to get your Vegas adventure started by skipping the check-in line.

Guests with reservations at Caesars Palace, Harrah’s Las Vegas, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, The LINQ Hotel & Casino, Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, Paris Las Vegas, Bally’s Las Vegas and Flamingo Las Vegas can take advantage of this convenient check-in method at self-service Express Check-In Kiosks located in each hotel’s lobby. Remember — you can begin the check-in process via email before you arrive and complete everything at a kiosk when you get there.

If you’ve made your reservation already, just have your ID and credit card ready and step right up to any Express Check-In Kiosk to print your room key and get on your way. The kiosks also work for easy check out.

Here’s what you need to know about the kiosks:

  • Guests can find the kiosks located in the hotel lobby. They are available 24/7.
  • You’ll need a valid U.S. driver’s license or any government-issued passport and the credit card of the person whose name is on the reservation to pull your reservation up at the kiosk.
  • Follow the prompts on the screen to print your room keys and receipt.

IVY has the answers

At a few of our Las Vegas hotels, you can check-in and out with Ivy

Checking in at The Cromwell or Nobu Hotel? Check out Ivy… then check out with Ivy! Ivy is a real-time text messaging platform powered by IBM Watson’s artificial intelligence technology. Remember when Watson played Jeopardy? Now the next gen AI Ivy can text you back with the Wi-Fi code or help you secure late checkout when you just… can’t… even.

Your LINQ to quicker service

Staying at The LINQ Hotel & Casino? Text to check in or pick up your keys at the conveniently located Express Check-In Kiosks. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort including all guest rooms which means you can stay seamlessly connected through your devices. Keep the social posting rolling wherever you are on property (#LINQlife), and guess what else you can do? You can order Nook Cafe food from anywhere on property, including TAG Sports Bar, via text messaging and it will be delivered right to you. Craving a burger while you’re chilling poolside? At the blackjack table? In the sports book? Boom! It’s there. Well, OK, once somebody cooks it for you, it’ll be delivered to you wherever you are at The LINQ. It’s tough to beat that. Think of it as room service without walls. Text and ye shall receive.

Get carded

Sign up to be a Total Rewards member and start earning points immediately

Total Rewards. Think about those two words for a sec. Use your Total Rewards card to help you rack up rewards of all kinds while you’re enjoying all Las Vegas hotels have to offer. Sign up for a card and download the Play by TR app to maximize your rewards. You should Total-ly get on board. Bad puns aside, this is a no brainer. Here’s an overview of the app one million people have already downloaded.

Total Rewards members receive room discounts just for being a member, plus you’ll get even more discounts based on your activity, whether it be dining, gaming, shopping or snoozing in your plush hotel room bed. You can literally rack up Tier Credits in your sleep. Diamond and Seven Stars members have access to the much shorter (and sometimes empty) priority lines at hotel check-in, restaurants, casino cages and the Total Rewards Center. That means if you’re a Diamond or Seven Stars member dining at Bacchanal Buffet, make sure you’re in the priority line and you’ll get to those piles of crab legs even quicker.

Fresh to text

Skip the line at Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace - Las Vegas Hotel

If your outfit’s already fresh to death (does anyone even say that anymore?!), use FreshTxt to get to the freshest food the fastest at Bacchanal Buffet. It’s a virtual waitlist for your convenience. Lines are inevitable when the food is this amazing and now you can continue exploring Caesars Palace while you wait for your text to return to Bacchanal and then get your grub on.

Getting the velvet rope lifted

Skip the line to get in at the hottest Las Vegas nightclub - OMNIA Nightclub

The ultimate line pass luxury is getting the velvet rope lifted right before your eyes. If you’re looking to hit some clubs like OMNIA Nightclub and Drai’s Nightclub while you’re in Vegas, follow these tips to experience the best the nightlife scene has to offer. Here are the key points to remember:

  • Pay to play: If you want the easiest experience with the shortest lines, buy tickets in advance and consider purchasing bottle service. This means your crew will get in fairly fast and have a space to chill that’s all your own.
  • Dress the part: Remember to dress to impress. And guys, we know you think those Flyknits are pretty fly but if you’re not wearing dress shoes, you might not get in. Check the dress code ahead of time and adhere to the rules because they’re not usually negotiable.
  • Get your ratios right: The ratio rule is a part of the Vegas nightclub game so if you want to play, you’ve got to have more ladies than gents; that’s just how it is. If you’re a group of guys looking to get in without a table or bottle service reservation, go mingle with some girls in the line and make some new friends. It’ll be easier to get in with more ladies in your group than men.
  • Find a VIP host: The shortest and cheapest way to the front of the line is through a VIP host or nightclub promoter. If you have a host at your casino, start there. If not, ask the front desk if they can assist you with nightclub passes or if they can direct you to a promoter who could add you to his or her guest list. Remember it’s these promoters’ job to fill the club with party people so they’re on the lookout for folks who want to get in. Make it a win-win situation and you’ll reap the line pass benefits!
