We don’t know anyone who doesn’t like cheese. It truly makes everything better from nachos to burgers to pizza.

Since everyone loves cheese, there is, of course, a holiday dedicated to it. June 4 is National Cheese Day and that’s one holiday you’d better believe we’ll be celebrating. Here are our 10 Favorite Cheesy Dishes in Vegas.

National Cheese Day in Las Vegas

Grilled cheese is always a good thing but celeb chef Giada De Laurentiis makes it even better. Grab brunch at her restaurant, GIADA, at The Cromwell and you can find out for yourself. The creamy cheese in the sandwich is topped with lemon pesto and heirloom tomatoes. If you want to go all out, add prosciutto. The sandwich is served with thin zucchini fries on the side.

Guy Fieri's Bacon Mac N Cheese Burger - National Cheese Day on June 4

Guy Fieri’s award-winning burger is a favorite if you want a cheesy burger. The burger is topped with crispy Applewood smoked bacon, six-cheese (!) mac ‘n’ cheese, more melty cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and Fieri’s Donkey Sauce, served on a garlic-buttered brioche bun. Need we say more?

If pizza is your thing, you need to try the cheese pizza at DiFara Pizza at the Forum Food Court inside Caesars Palace.

New Yorkers stand in line to get slices of legendary DiFara Pizza in Brooklyn and you can get it here in Vegas too.

Dominick DeMarco and his family have operated the Brooklyn location since 1964 and his restaurant in Vegas uses the same recipe as the New York original. The pizzas are made with imported ingredients like Italian buffalo mozzarella, Grana Padano Parmigiano cheese, fresh-cut basil imported from Israel, and sauce made with imported Italian tomatoes.

Trash Can Nachos at Guy Fieri’s El Burro Borracho

If you like your cheese on nachos, you can’t beat Guy Fieri’s version. Crispy corn tortilla chips are layered with black beans, melty queso casero, pickled red onion, pico de gallo, crema, crumbled Cotija cheese, cilantro and jalapenos. You can also add carne asada, chicken, carnitas or chorizo.

Fieri created Trash Can Nachos because he didn’t like the way most nachos are made – with toppings all piled on the top and lots of dry chips left underneath. Instead, the ingredients are stacked in a metal can and brought to your table. When your server removes the can, you’re left with a tower of tasty nachos.

Goat cheese queso fundido at Mesa Grill

Queso fundido literally means “melted cheese,” so what better thing to eat on National Cheese Day?
Celebrity chef Bobby Flay serves up this favorite Mexican dish at his Mesa Grill restaurant at Caesars Palace.

The queso is made with goat cheese and Monterey Jack cheese and topped with rajas (roasted poblano chile strips) and blistered serrano vinaigrette. Dig into the dip with blue corn tortilla strips, served on the side.

Fine cheese selction at Guy Savoy

The French know how to make a good cheese and if you want a dazzling selection, there’s no better place than Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace.

The restaurant features a rolling cheese cart filled with more than a dozen of the finest French cheeses from hard types of cheese to soft cheese and chèvres. You’ll find varieties made from sheep, cow and goat milk. Take your pick and eat your fill.

Mac ‘n’ cheese is one of our favorite cheese dishes and we love the twist that BEER Park puts on this classic.
Get the BEER Park Pie and dig into mac ‘n’ cheese topped with barbecued pulled pork, Fritos, fresh jalapenos and cheddar cheese.

PBR Rock Bar Bacon Macaroni & Cheese

Another delicious mac ‘n’ cheese option is the bacon macaroni & cheese at PBR Rock Bar at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Their take on the dish includes applewood smoked bacon and it’s topped with crispy shoestring potatoes.

Giordano’s Pizza

Giordano’s, located at The Grand Bazaar Shops at Bally’s Las Vegas, is known for their Chicago-style deep dish pizza. If you want some amazing cheesy goodness, this is the pizza for you. (See the video above.) You can go for a straight cheese pizza or get a stuffed deep dish with all of the meats and veggies you can think of.

Queso at Chayo Mexican Kitchen

Cheesy queso dip is our favorite thing to pair with tortilla chips. We love this Mexican cheese fondue at Chayo Mexican Kitchen at The LINQ Promenade.  It’s topped with roasted chiles and you can add in chorizo or mushrooms.
