It’s almost too much to take in. VooDoo Steak & Lounge atop Rio Las Vegas provides such a steady stream of sensory stimulation, you’ll be forced to pace yourself.

First, we suggest you just soak in the view. It’s staggering. Because Rio is just off the Strip, there’s no better place than the patio outside VooDoo Steak to see America’s most glittery city in all its glory. All of it! It’s almost like you need two more sets of eyes to take it all in.

"Strip-nificent!" (TM)

Oh, all right. You want the WHOLE Strip? We can do that!

The inside of VooDoo Steak provides just as many treats for your senses. There’s a gorgeous bar area, overflowing with tempting libations.

True eye candy.

When the food arrives, well, it’s one delight after another. We slipped past security to get some photos of the food as it was being prepared for lucky VooDoo Steak guests. A wide selection of starters gets things rolling.

The Ahi Tuna Tartare is like a party in your mouth.

Of course, you can’t have “Steak” in the name of your restaurant unless you make an incredible steak. VooDoo Steak more than earns its chops. Which it also prepares masterfully, by the way. (Chops, that is.) Below, it’s the succulent, 45-day dry-aged 20 oz. ribeye.

There's marrow, there's marrow, we love ya, the marrow! ("Annie" reference, anyone?)

Of course, VooDoo Steak has something for everyone, including some surf to go with all the turf.

This sampler includes Maine lobster tails, oyster shooters, shrimp, oysters in the shell and crablegs.

Learn more about VooDoo Steak, and put it on your list of must-taste restaurants when you’re in Vegas. You do have a list, right? Where has winging it gotten you? Make a list! We’ll wait.
