Gordon Ramsay’s Las Vegas dining dynasty just got a fiery expansion.

“We will be turning up the heat at Caesars Palace,” Ramsay said.

Backed by a 17-foot tall Hell’s Kitchen logo lit on fire, Ramsay confirmed that he will open the first ever Hell’s Kitchen restaurant at Caesars Palace in winter 2017. The celebrity chef’s press conference was part of the premiere culinary weekend in Las Vegas — Vegas Uncork’d.

The new restaurant will take the spot currently occupied by Stripside Café (the former Serendipity 3 restaurant) in front of Caesars Palace. It will seat nearly 300 guests, feature indoor and Strip-adjacent patio dining and offer a daily themed brunch, dinner and bar menu.

Ramsay fans are familiar with his hit reality TV show “Hell’s Kitchen” where two teams of chefs compete for a job as head chef at a restaurant. Several past winners have earned spots at Ramsay’s restaurants around the world. FOX recently ordered two more seasons of “Hell’s Kitchen.”

The restaurant will be designed by Jeffrey Beers International to be an experiential destination. Guests will feel transported to the studio set, as if they are participating in the TV show. The design will be a nod to both the red and blue teams featured on the show and the bustling kitchen will be the centerpiece.

“Nineteen seasons, 380 episodes and the most amazing program seen in 110 countries in 220 different territories and finally we get to open on one of the best sites in the world… I cannot wait,” Ramsay said.

“Fans of the show have been asking us to bring a Hell’s Kitchen restaurant to life since day one, so I’m thrilled to finally be doing it here at Caesars Palace,” he said. A key element of the show’s success has always been the diners’ experience, so we are excited for guests in Las Vegas to feel like they too are part of the show – flames and all.”

Guests can expect “Hell’s Kitchen” cast/chef recipes and dishes featured on the show, including many of Chef Ramsay’s signature dishes.

Hell’s Kitchen will be Ramsay’s fifth Las Vegas concept. It joins his four other outlets in the city: Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace, Gordon Ramsay Burger at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips at The LINQ Promenade and Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas.

Ramsay operates a string of successful restaurants around the world. In 1998 Ramsay set up his first restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, which quickly received the most prestigious accolade in the culinary world – three Michelin stars. Ramsay is one of only four chefs in the U.K. to maintain three stars.
