Celebrate five years of Beef Wellington perfection with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay as he toasts five flavorful years at his first Las Vegas restaurant, Gordon Ramsay Steak, at Paris Las Vegas. During the month of June, savor a special anniversary tasting menu to mark this momentous occasion. The five-course anniversary menu is available through June 30 and features the celebrity chef’s famous Roasted Beef Wellington Rossini.

“Five is the key number this year, having just announced my fifth Las Vegas restaurant, and now it’s the 5th anniversary of the restaurant that started it all, Gordon Ramsay Steak,” said Gordon Ramsay. “I am so proud of the excellent Steak team, as they continue to produce world-class dishes and service.”

Though the Wellington is the star, Gordon Ramsay has planned a delicious course to celebrate each of his restaurant’s five years of operation. Kick things off with a double amuse bouche of oyster and a Scotch egg, followed by a first course of baby heirloom tomato salad with burrata cheese, chive oil and roasted tomato vinaigrette. Next up is seared scallops with Kaluga caviar crust, sweet pea, carrot risotto and lemon oil.

The main event is the Roasted Beef Wellington Rossini served with glazed root vegetables, potato puree plus decadent seared foie gras and summer black truffle jus. Cap off this exclusive anniversary meal with vanilla mascarpone cheesecake with fresh Harry’s Berries strawberries, basil cream and strawberry dentelle. (Is your mouth watering yet?)

Wine lovers can add a wine pairing, selected by the restaurant’s Wine Spectator-awarded sommelier team, led by Jeffrey Eichelberger. Since opening in 2012, Gordon Ramsay Steak has been awarded Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence as well as AAA’s Four Diamond Award plus notable distinctions like inclusion in Gayot’s “Best Steakhouses in the U.S.”

The special five-course meal is $165 per person. If you add the wine pairing, it is an additional $85 per person.

The unique restaurant’s two-level design welcomes guests through a “chunnel” entrance, drawing guests’ eyes to the massive Union Jack ceiling mural and custom neon sculpture replicating the speed of Ramsay’s hands. The modern steakhouse’s hip décor is paired with classic recipes that highlight the prime beef dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days and cuts like the 32-ounce Royal Long-bone Chop for two as well as American Kobe, plus an incredible selection of seafood, side dishes and desserts like his beloved Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Gordon Ramsay celebrates the fifth year of Gordon Ramsay Steak and also the announcement of his fifth Las Vegas restaurant, Hell’s Kitchen, coming soon to the Las Vegas Strip.
