To celebrate its second anniversary at Harrah’s Las Vegas, KGB: Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers is whipping up some specialty cocktails for thirsty guests.

This blog is so all over that.

All the special birthday cocktails are a collaboration between Chef Kerry Simon and rocker Sammy Hagar (below), who’ll be making an appearance at the restaurant today, June 2, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Sammy Hagar

Sammy Hagar at the debut of his new rum back in February. Yes, this blog was there. Did we not just say there was rum involved?

See photos from the debut of Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum at Cabo Wabo inside The Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood.

First up is the Raspberry Blueberry Mojito which features Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, muddled raspberries, blueberries, mint and 7Up.

Next, we’ve some us some Mango Dreams, with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum (starting to see a pattern here?), muddled mangoes and fresh pineapple. This blog would not know how to muddle a mango if our life depended upon it, but the cocktail specialists at KGB are sure to have it all under control.

This cocktail is like giving your tongue a gift certificate to a Las Vegas spa. Or something.

This blog’s personal favorite of the bunch is up next, the Hagar Collins. It has Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, strawberry mix, sweet and sour and a fresh lime or two.

Sweet, sexy, succulent and several other "S" words we can't think of at the moment.

The final KGB offering is the “Red Rocker” Adult Milkshake. It boasts Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Cap’n Crunch cereal, vanilla ice cream and grenadine, all topped with a cherry.

Yes, Cap'n Crunch cereal. This blog is meticulous when it comes to cocktail ingredients.

All the cocktails are just $6. We’re not sure how long the specialty cocktails will be available, so get ’em while they’re frosty, and congrats to KGB on its second anniversary at Harrah’s.

By the way, “Hagar and Hooch” would probably be an awesome sitcom.
