Mon Ami Gabi at Paris Las Vegas will host a “French Classics” cooking class on Jan. 23 (10:00 a.m. to noon).
Learn to prepare French classics like Frisee & Bacon Salad with soft-poached egg, and croutons; classic Coq Au Vin (“rooster in wine”) with pommes puree; and Bananas Foster Crepe served with vanilla ice cream, bananas and foster sauce.
