You don’t have to start those resolutions about eating healthy until Jan. 1, so on New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas, you’ll want to have an epic meal. Many restaurants around town pull out all the stops for New Year’s Eve with special menus.

Whether you want a gourmet meal, a casual dinner or an all-you-can-eat buffet, you’ll find it at these Las Vegas restaurants.

Guests will enjoy a sweets platter for the table, which includes mini ice cream sammies, truffles, petite fours and chocolate dipped strawberries.

Carmine’s will ring in 2018 with a party complete with a DJ, dancef loor, three-hour open bar and dinner buffet featuring Carmine’s signature dishes. Guests will enjoy tastes of the cold antipasto, penne alla vodka, salmon oreganata, eggplant parmigiana and more. The festivities begin at 9:30 p.m. and go until 12:30 a.m. Tickets are priced at $150 for the Carmine’s Party Package and $250 for the Ultra-Deluxe Package with a premium open bar and preferred seating.
