The two-thirds scale Arc de Triomphe at Paris Las Vegas has a new look.

The much-photographed arch is now draped in larger-than-life, semitransparent banners touting celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s soon-to-open restaurant at Paris, Gordon Ramsay Steak.

Gordon Ramsay Steak is slated to open May 11, 2012 in the space formerly occupied by Les Artistes Steakhouse, adjacent to the casino’s high limit room.

This is the first restaurant Chef Ramsay, star of “Hell’s Kitchen” and “Kitchen Nightmares,” has opened in Las Vegas. The two-story restaurant will boast a chef’s table, private dining rooms, a bar and lounge, and will seat 200 people.

This blog loves it some Vegas newness, especially when it involves saucy language (besides cooking, Chef Ramsay’s other area of expertise) and scrumptious food. Be sure to add Gordon Ramsay Steak to your list of “New Things to Do in Las Vegas.”

You are keeping a list, right?
