But whenever this blog talks about the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas, we talk about the crème brûlée. Even with all the fancy French accent marks (the thing over the “u” is called a “caret”), it’s still one of the best desserts on the Las Vegas Strip.
Oh, and in case you wondered, we’ll stop talking about it when we stop thinking about it. (Hint: Never.)
