Here’s a little something to perk up your salivary glands.

It’s the Raspberry Napoleon at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas.

So many things for your tongue to fall in love with.

One of this blog’s favorite people, Eiffel Tower Restaurant manager Lyle Tolhurst, says this scrumptious dessert is served with “blancmange,” which is not as we first suspected, thankfully, a canine skin condition.

Rather, it’s a sweet dessert made with milk or cream and sugar thickened with gelatin, cornstarch or Irish moss. This definition of blancmange is much more appealing than we originally thought, even if there’s the possibility of moss being involved. Read more.
