Stay Like A Caesar at Caesars Palace

Stay Like a Caesar at Caesars Palace

He’s been kidnapped by pirates. He had a steamy affair with the infamous Cleopatra. He ruled an entire empire. And at one point, he was almost a priest.

Best known for being the ruler of the Roman Empire, Julius Caesar experienced it all. The women. The parties. The feasts. Someone with this much power, why wouldn’t he stay in the finest palaces the world had to offer? He’d have nothing short of extraordinary. He was killin’ it.

If you totally read that in the deep voice of the man who narrates movie previews, you’re on the right track.

Fast forward to today. Caesar would have ruled the heck out of Caesars Palace Las Vegas. Have you ever wondered where he would stay? What he would do?

Well you’re in for a treat. Get ready to channel your inner Caesar and see exactly how he would indulge Like A Caesar.

CAESARS PALACE ROOMS

Palace Premium room

Perfect for: Caesar getting in touch with his trendy side.

We say trendy because each Palace Premium Room is new, plus the design and amenities are on point. Who can resist a room with the word “palace” in it, anyway? He’d sleep like royalty on a pillow-top mattress or reflect on his many leisure activities at the seating area by the window. The bathroom also has a Caesars-style marble bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower and over-sized spa bathtub. We can see Caesars taking long, luxurious bubble baths here, complete with a glass of the finest champagne.

Perfect for: Caesar taking selfies / admiring himself.

Julius Caesar is the accomplished man, so you can’t blame him for being Mr. Confident, right?  And if there’s one place where he can celebrate his greatness, it’s the Julius Deluxe Room. The bed’s headboard has mirrored panels, where Caesar can check himself out and take the perfect selfie. Caesar can appreciate the vibrant artwork in this room – it’s all of him, after all. Good looks don’t come easy, and Caesar will have ample space to get ready in the room’s stone and glass bathroom. He can reflect on his accomplishments (or the wild party last night) on the chaise alongside the window. As soon as he wants to join the rest of his entourage, he’s only a quick elevator ride down to the action-packed casino.

Augustus Premium room

Perfect for: Caesar and his special lady friend.

If Caesar whisked Cleopatra to Vegas, he’d pamper her with a stay inside Caesars Palace’s Augustus Premium Room. She’d be impressed that Caesar caters to her best interests with the spa-style marble bathroom. Since she’ll need all that room to craft her perfect cat-eye (and lay out all her makeup), the dual sinks give her more than enough space — no bumping elbows here. Both Cleopatra and Caesar will love the royally divine décor, right down to the champagne gold-colored accents. Caesar and Cleopatra also have easy access to the hotel’s Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis. And once the day winds down, Caesar’s lady can sprawl out on the sofa located in the room’s intimate living area.

Nothing beats having room service in the Octavius Premium Room at Caesars Palace.

Octavius Premium room

Perfect for: Caesar’s ideal escape.

Even a man like Caesar needs his beauty rest and a chance to escape from all the hype… even though he is the hype. For the ultimate R&R, he’d hit up the Octavius Premium Room. The neutral colors and sleek décor puts his mind at ease. He can kick back and sprawl out in the corner living area, just steps away from his plush king bed. And since the Octavius tower is tucked in its own secluded section of the hotel, he wouldn’t have to bother walking through the busy casino floor. And he’s a quick stroll from the hotel lobby, Starbucks, Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis and the massive Café Amerciano. But since he’s going incognito, nothing beats room service.

CAESARS PALACE SUITES

Be apart of the action, but also want VIP privacy book the Palace Premium Suite at Caesars Palace.

Palace Premium Suite

Perfect for: Being in the center of everything… but still tucked in your own space.

We’re sure Caesar loved to be part of the action, but still wants the privacy of a VIP. That’s where the Palace Tower comes in. Sure, it’s close to everything from the Appian Way shops, sprawling casino area and Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis, but it’s still tucked away where you’ll feel like you’re in your own world. And honestly, it can’t get better than that. This newly-renovated, two-bedroom Palace Premium Suite has a spacious living room, dining area and breathtaking city views from one of the many windows. Caesar would appreciate the chandeliers that hang beautifully over the dining table, as well as the separate bar section. We’d love to see Caesar as the bar star.

Bring the whole entourage to enjoy the Julius Royal Duplex at Caesars Palace

Julius Duplex suite

Perfect for: Caesar and his clique — who else?

Forget rolling solo. This is where Julius Caesar would take his whole damn entourage. There’s more than enough room — 2,084 square feet to be exact. The two-story Julius Duplex Suite is the perfect spot to unwind before or after the party. Shoot, this duplex is party central itself. There’s a sectional couch that’s ideal for mingling, as well as an eight-seat dining table to feast on the finest meals. We’re sure if Caesar is staying here, he’ll have the food sent up and set up super fancy. We picture Caesar overlooking the entire party from the duplex’s second-floor balcony, smiling in satisfaction.

Since this duplex is in the centrally-located Julius Tower, Caesar and his crew are a quick elevator ride to the casino and OMNIA Nightclub. Let the games begin.

Octavius premium Suite

Perfect for: The dinner party of the century.

We cordially invite you to the Octavius Premium Suite, where Caesar is hosting the dinner party of the century. Make sure you dress to impress because this is going to be one fine elegant affair. This suite comes with a spacious living room and a stereo system complete with an iPod deck. We’re sure Caesar will honor your song request, maybe two. When you’re not admiring the suite’s chandelier fixtures, you can sip champagne while looking at the breathtaking pool view.  After all the dinner and partying, Caesar might just let you crash — there’s an option of a connecting room.

Marcus Aurelius (Spanish) Villa

Perfect for: Truly, truly living like a Caesar.

We saved the best for last. We welcome you to the Marcus Aurelius Villa, better known as the Spanish Villa. Remember Alan’s age-old question from “The Hangover” – Did Caesar live here? Well friends, we truly believe Caesar would live here. The 9,500-square-foot Spanish Villa not only has three bedrooms that are each larger than most apartments, but its luxurious amenities are also on point. There’s the exotic fish tank. Then there’s the double-sided fireplace. We’re sure John Legend himself would be playing on the suite’s grand piano while Caesar challenges his bro Marc Antony to a game of pool. And forget going to the movies. For Caesar, that wouldn’t cut it. Here, he has his own media room with theater-style seating, complete with massage chairs. Massage chairs? Yes, massage chairs.

And we haven’t even covered outside.

The Spanish Villa’s terrace not only has its own private entrance to the hotel’s Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis, but Caesar and his buddies can also unwind in their own whirlpool tub. The fire pit is perfect for getting toasty. And since Caesar takes care of his peeps, you’ll be whisked to and from the hotel in a complimentary round-trip limo service. Call (855) 855-9205 to book.

About The Author

I live for a crazy Vegas adventure, but not in ways you may think. Sure, our nightlife scene is all fun and dandy, but I love discovering all of the city's vegan options, relaxing in hotel rooms and seeing the best concerts - no matter how big or small the crowd may be. Since I've ditched the rain in Seattle two decades ago, I graduated from UNLV and covered Las Vegas entertainment articles for Vegas.com, the LA Times and our very own Total Vegas Blog. When I'm not writing, you'll find me spending time with my husband, toddler and two pets.
