When you’re out having cocktails in Vegas, the chances are pretty good that at some point you’re going to want to eat.
The best thing to do is pick a bar that also serves food. That way you never even have to leave your bar stool.
We came up with 10 Las Vegas bars where you can grab a drink and then grub on your favorite Las Vegas bar food. Here’s where to go:
FIZZ at Caesars Palace
FIZZ is an elegant bar that serves an array of the finest champagnes and specialty cocktails. The concept was created by Elton John’s partner, David Furnish, and the small bites served here were created by the couple’s personal chef, Gauthier Bialek.
The fabulous food pairs perfectly with the champagne. We’re talking caviar with blinis and crème fraiche, lobster rolls, cheese and charcuterie, and muffaletta panini bites with ham, salami, mortadella, provolone and green olive tapenade.
Tip: Don’t miss the strawberry carpaccio and truffles for dessert.
Bound at The Cromwell
What could be better than having bar bites created by celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis? You can find them at Bound, The Cromwell’s sophisticated lobby bar from famed mixologist Salvatore Calabrese.
Sip on signature drinks like the Breakfast Martini or the Spicy Fifty and enjoy GIADA’s meat and cheese platters, antipasto and snacks like bacon-wrapped dates and spicy citrus popcorn. You’ll also find tasty things like lemon pesto grilled cheese and shrimp scampi pizzetta.
Montecristo Cigar Bar at Caesars Palace
Montecristo is the perfect spot to enjoy a cigar and a fine glass of whiskey. When you get hungry you can order small bites like a tasting of salami, tasting of domestic or import cheeses, colossal shrimp cocktail, a shellfish tower or crispy calamari.
Small bites are good but we suggest the Old Homestead Burger. From 5 – 10 p.m. you can order this 10-ounce dry-aged burger seared in an 800-degree pan. It’s served on a brioche bun toasted in foie gras butter and topped with aged Tillamook Cheddar and caramelized onions. Bonus: There’s duck fat fries and bourbon ketchup on the side.
Margaritaville at Flamingo Las Vegas
Jimmy Buffett’s island-themed bar is where you go for margaritas and other beachy drinks. Margaritaville offers six bars, two patios and live entertainment. After all of that partying you’re going to work up an appetite. Good thing they serve awesome food like tacos, fish & chips and our favorite, the Volcano Nachos with chili, cheese, pico de gallo, fresh guacamole, sour cream and jalapenos.
Other tempting items include asiago crab and artichoke dip and Caribbean chicken egg rolls with Caribbean spiced roasted chicken, corn, red peppers, onions and shredded cheese.
Yard House at The LINQ Promenade
Yard House is a beer drinker’s paradise. They’ve got 160 taps of imported, craft and specialty ales and lagers.
We love that they also have a menu with more than 130 items to go along with the beer. You can get things like deviled eggs with candied bacon, street tacos, hot and spicy edamame, poke nachos and Wisconsin fried cheese curds with buttermilk batter, honey hot sauce and horseradish aioli.
Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill at Harrah’s Las Vegas
Country star Toby Keith’s bar is a great place to go for live country music and drinks like the “Whiskey Girl,” “Russian Redneck” and the “The Mason Dixon.”
A night of country dancing will make you hungry so you’ll want to order some homestyle food like the fried mac and cheese balls, fried pickles or the famous fried bologna sandwich. It’s a seared thick-cut piece of bologna, onions and American cheese topped with Miracle Whip and served on Texas toast. If that’s not the perfect drinking food, we don’t know what is.
Tilted Kilt at The LINQ Promenade
This Celtic-themed pub is where you can get the perfect pint, served to you by the Kilt Girls. Pair your drink with traditional pub food like wings with Guinness barbecue sauce, Scotch eggs, pretzels and Irish nachos with fresh-cooked crispy potato chips covered in cheese sauce, seasoned ground beef and tomatoes.
Personally, we love the Kick Arse Queso Dip — melted cheese with a zesty-hot ground sausage blend, green onion and fresh-made tortilla chips.
PBR Rock Bar at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino
This rockin’ spot inside The Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood is a great spot for partying with its mechanical bull, live music and Strip-side patio. If you’re drinking one of their 100-ounce Super Yard drinks, you’ll want to soak some of the booze up with food.
PBR Rock Bar serves hearty, homestyle favorites like smoked sausage bites, deviled eggs, potato chip nachos, mini corndogs, fried pickle spears and Texas brisket pizza topped with brisket, barbecue sauce, cheese, onions and jalapenos.
Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas
Beer Park is the ultimate beer fan’s destination. And they serve the ultimate bar food to go along with it. Beer Park features a 10,000-square foot deck with an outdoor grill and picnic tables and they serve more than 100 draft, can and bottle beer choices including 36 on tap.
The All-American food is the perfect match for beer. Nosh on smoked chicken drumsticks, mac and cheese egg rolls, Buffalo onion rings, smothered waffle fries with Bass IPA cheese sauce and signature sausages including a Shock Top bratwurst with caramelized onions, sauerkraut and spicy grain mustard.
Cabo Wabo Cantina at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino
If you’re a tequila fan you’re going to want to drink at Sammy Hagar’s Cabo Wabo Cantina. Enjoy live music, a patio on the Strip, margaritas and tequila flights.
Pair your drinks with Mexican food favorites like queso fundido con chorizo, ahi tuna ceviche, chicken taquitos and Sammy’s tequila shrimp –- Baja shrimp, garlic and Cabo Wabo tequila lime sauce.
