Put a little Vegas in Your Stocking With These Bargain Gifts

Why hide it? We all love a great deal and the more money we can save during our trip, the better. We fancy the items from our Vegas luxury shopping list, but if you’re truly on a budget, it’s all good. No need to worry if you blew all your money at the tables, had a night of crazy partying or if you’re just trying to save a buck. We’ve got your back. Check out our unique finds for holiday Las Vegas deals.

Souvenir gifts

You can’t start out your Christmas gift giving without a few Vegas souvenirs on and under the tree. These ornaments are available at the gift shops across the Caesars Entertainment properties. Hang them on your tree and give them to friends so you’ll always have Vegas with you during the holidays. Pick up a wine glass, or two or three, and you can toast your next trip to Vegas.

Vegas Ugly Christmas T-Shirts

Forget wearing that ugly Christmas sweater to your next office party. It’s all about ugly Vegas-themed T-shirts! You can get a Las Vegas or Flamingo Las Vegas one (both complete with retro palm tree designs) or a Paris Las Vegas T-shirt. Actually… if you look at these T-shirts long enough they really don’t look that bad, do they? Pick one up for yourself and your friends at Caesars Palace, Paris Las Vegas or Flamingo Las Vegas.

High Roller at The LINQ Promenade.

Locals and tourists alike love The LINQ Promenade, an outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment destination. If you’re swinging by here for a concert at Brooklyn Bowl or having your own beer crawl, you might as well get a gift or two.

The Welcome to Las Vegas Gift Shop is always a go-to when we have friends in town. It’s huge. The two-floor, 12,000-square-foot space once belonged to Kitson, a popular (now defunct) Los Angeles-based boutique chain. While the beloved retailer is no longer here, you’ll still find some the items left over and a lot of Vegas-related knick-knacks. You’ll stumble upon the zaniest things ranging from flasks to tin containers and apparel with funny sayings. We personally love the Voluspa candles and coffee table books. (If you ever catch us in here, we’ll be in either section.) Whether you’re doing some last-minute shopping for loved ones or need a funny white elephant gift, this upbeat Vegas gift shop is helpful and a whole lot of fun.

While you’re at The LINQ Promenade, you’ll run into great bargains at Photo & Go. We bet your smart phone has thousands of photos stored in it (who has time to load all of their pictures onto their desktop, anyway?). You can take all those wild moments and memorialize them in seconds. Your picture will be printed onto a mat board (available in different sizes) and placed in a magnetic frame fit for that size. Plus, if you buy multiple photos, you can swap them out whenever you want. The prints start at $1 per photo and frames start at $11. If you want to print something bigger (in a glass, metal or wood finish), you can order it in-store and it’ll be at your house in three days or by the time you come back from Vegas.

Holiday Sprinkles cupcakes in The LINQ Promenade.

If your friends can’t get enough of cupcakes, Beverly Hills chain Sprinkles Cupcakes has an ATM cupcake machine on the side of its shop. All cupcakes stay fresh for at least two days (don’t refrigerate because that’ll dry them out), so we recommend doing your cupcake shopping toward the end of your Vegas trip.

Even though Caesars Palace is known for its luxury and class (the famed hotel celebrated its 50th birthday this year), you can still find tons of gifts that won’t break the bank.

H&M Forum Shops Caesars Palace

Three stories and 55,000 square feet of H&M at the Forum Shops will help you finish your holiday shopping. Photo courtesy of

Head to The Forum Shops and check out the three-story, 55,000-square-foot H&M. You’ll have more than enough options to choose from, and money left over for a jaw-dropping holiday outfit for yourself. We love how it has a nightclub atmosphere with disco balls and energizing music, so you can party while you shop. Those disco balls are calling your name.

Holiday gift ideas at LUSH

If you’ve ever had the pleasure of using a bath bomb, then your bathing rituals are on point. That’s why we love LUSH. The second you drop these scented bath bombs in your tub, they completely dissolve and fizz, transforming your water into a magical experience. Located in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, LUSH has all of your bath care essentials and a whole lot of other fun, affordable goodies. These bath bombs have moisturizing ingredients your skin will love, like olive oil and cocoa butter. The Shoot for the Stars bath bomb (pictured) has a sweet fragrance of Brazilian orange and bergamot oils and it’s only $6.95.  The adorable Santasaurus features scents of honey, orange and bergamot ($8.95). It can be put under running water or crumbled into your bath. All products are vegetarian and cruelty free.

Your pup will ruff you ruffy much when you surprise your furry friend with gifts from under the tree. Head to The Dog House inside Grand Bazaar Shops at Bally’s Las Vegas and you’ll  find an assortment of treats, apparel and toys Fido will love — all without costing a fortune. This is one of our personal favorite stops for many reasons. The store carries squeaky toys shaped in everything from designer knock-offs like Chewy Vuitton to wine and liquor bottles. The clothes and dog collars are darling, too.

Luggage Tag from Brighton Collectibles

This stylish “Wish you were here!” postcard-inspired luggage tag will make your luggage easy to spot on the baggage claim carousel. Sold exclusively at Brighton Collectibles inside The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, this is the perfect gift for your traveling friends and priced at only $20. Now if we could just get them to create a tag with the postage stamped Vegas.

About The Author

I live for a crazy Vegas adventure, but not in ways you may think. Sure, our nightlife scene is all fun and dandy, but I love hitting up all the city's vegan spots, having staycations and catching shows by my favorite musical acts. Since I've ditched rainy Seattle 20+ years ago, I graduated from UNLV and covered Las Vegas hotel and entertainment articles for, the LA Times, Frommer's and our very own Total Vegas Blog. When I'm not writing, you'll find me hanging with my two girls, along with our shih-tzu and tiger cat.
