If you’re from the East Coast or Midwest you’re probably tired of seeing snow and ice, but come to Vegas and the only ice you’ll be seeing will be in your drink.

Spring is the perfect time of year to visit Vegas. The sun is shining, the weather is warm and best of all, the patios are open. We’ve got lots of bars where you can grab a cocktail and kick back to enjoy it outdoors in the sun.

10 Spots To Drink Outdoors in Vegas

Enjoy Boat Drinks at the Margaritaville patio at the Flamingo Las Vegas

1. Margaritaville

Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville at Flamingo Las Vegas has a laid back, beachy vibe so you’re definitely going to be compelled to have your drinks outside in the warm weather. Lucky for you, they’ve got two outdoor patios overlooking the Strip.

Margaritaville, of course, is famous for their margaritas. They’ve got whimsical names like the Fins to the Left and the Last Mango in Paris. You can sample a few flavors with a margarita flight or even take one to go in a 45-ounce cup that looks like a blender.

Margaritaville also has a nice selection of tequilas and “Boat Drinks” like Bahama Mamas, Planter’s Punch and daiquiris.

Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas is all outdoor seating and also has a great view the Bellagio fountains

2. BEER Park

If you’re looking to drink a few beers in a beautiful outdoor setting, BEER Park at Paris Las Vegas is for you. The entire venue is outside. The 10,000-square-foot outdoor deck overlooks the Strip and features an outdoor grill, picnic tables and a grassy lawn-like area with games like pool, darts and giant Jenga.

BEER Park serves more than 100 draft, can and bottle beer selections, including 36 beers on tap. They’ve also got craft beer cocktails, signature cocktails and wine as well as an array of signature Bloody Marys.

One of the best places to grab a drink outdoors in Vegas - Cabo Wabo Cantina at Miracle Mile Shops

3. Cabo Wabo Cantina

Rocker Sammy Hagar aims to evoke the laid-back vibe of Cabo San Lucas in his Cabo Wabo Cantina at the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

If you’re in Cabo you want to have some margaritas and tequilas and this bar can set you up. You might not be beachside in Vegas, but this bar and restaurant has a big outdoor Strip-side patio that’s perfect for people watching and enjoying the weather.

Besides margaritas, you can find a selection of beer, wine and signature drinks.  We like the Can’t Drive 55, made with Cabo Wabo Blanco Tequila, Sammy’s Beach Bar rum, vodka, gin, lime, orange, pineapple and cranberry juices topped with Amaretto Disaronno.

Alexxa's Bar at Paris Las Vegas - Enjoy a glass of sangria or a glass of wine on their outdoor patio

4. Alexxa’s Bar

Sangria is always a nice warm weather drink and Alexxa’s Bar at Paris Las Vegas is known for its sangria. It also has a sizeable patio right on the Strip, offering spectacular views. Grab a glass or a pitcher of red, white or bubbly sangria. There are also several specialty sangrias like the Hop Cider with beer cider, green apples and raspberries or the Chill is in the Air with Chardonnay, blood orange and seasonal citrus.

If sangria’s not your thing, they also serve punch bowl cocktails, beers, wines and specialty drinks.

The Spanish Steps Bar at Caesars Palace is a great place to relax after walking the Las Vegas Strip

5. Spanish Steps

In Rome, the Spanish Steps are a great place to sit down, rest and take in the atmosphere of the city. The Roman-themed Caesars Palace offers its version in the Spanish Steps bar, which is located out in front of the hotel.

The outdoor bar offers plenty of seating for people watching and enjoying a cocktail. There’s a DJ on select nights.

The bar serves a variety of frozen fruit cocktails and there’s also the Mojito Hut, which features tasty mojitos with fresh, muddled fruit. They’re made on the spot in either 16 or 24-ounce sizes. Try the Black Spanish Dragon: A mix of Bacardi Dragon Berry Rum, blackberries, mint leaves and soda.

6. Carlos ‘N Charlie’s

If you want to party like you’re on spring break, head to Carlos ‘N Charlie’s at Flamingo Las Vegas. If you’ve been to Mexico, you’re familiar with the bar’s locations in Cozumel and Cancun. You’ll find the same fun here in Vegas with DJs, flair bartenders, dancing wait staff and adult balloon hats.

We love the huge outdoor deck, which overlooks the lush garden area near the hotel pool. It’s the perfect spot to relax with sangria, a margarita or daiquiri.

We love the new patio at The Piano Bar at Harrah's Las Vegas - This a great place to grab a drink outdoors in Vegas

7. The Piano Bar

The Piano Bar at Harrah’s Las Vegas has always been a fun place for live music and drinks, but it got even more fun last year when a new outdoor patio on the Strip was added.

The bar’s windows open fully so the patio is an extension of the main room. That means you can have drinks, people watch and still hear the entertainment inside. The Piano Bar features dueling pianos, karaoke and Pete Vallee as Big Elvis in this classic Las Vegas impersonator show.

8. Carnaval Court

Carnaval Court at Harrah’s Las Vegas is always an open-air street party right on the Strip. The lively outdoor bar has gaming, live bands, DJs and their famous flair bartenders who dazzle guests with their flipping and spinning bottles.

AmeriCAN at The LINQ Promenade offers outdoor games and activities

If you’re looking for fun outdoor games while you drink a few beers, ameriCAN at The LINQ Promenade is the perfect place to play beer pong, cornhole, giant Jenga and life-sized Connect Four.

The bar’s name is inspired by the fact that it serves nearly 70 canned beers from across the 50 states.

Of course there are also specialty cocktails and classic drinks as well. You can even play Champong — beer pong with Champange.

You can find large fishbowl drinks at PBR Rock Bar at Planet Hollywood. You shouldn’t need a reservation there.
