Taking a trip to Vegas in your 20s? You’re in your prime, baby. Whether you’re living the good life with VIP table service at the hottest Vegas nightclubs or doing a bar crawl, we commend you. Being in your 20s means you can party ’til the sun comes up and have the energy to do it all over again the following night. (Lucky!)

Las Vegas nightclubs are great (we’re even including a couple of our favorites), but there are so many ways to take advantage of the Strip. After you live it up in Vegas and check mark everything from this list, we want to hear your crazy stories. Don’t be shy.

Take your girl squad to see Las Vegas show - Britney Spears: Piece of Me

Party like a pop star.

Twenties is a very broad age range. When pop icon Britney Spears debuted “…Baby One More Time” in 1999, you could have been anywhere from a preschooler to a young teen. This means you were either learning to share toys or experiencing your first school dance — you catch our drift. Either way, we’re sure you’re excited about Britney Spears as much as we are. She puts on a killer performance in her show, Britney: Piece of Me at Zappos Theater inside Planet Hollywood. In her Vegas show, she wows us again — nearly two decades later — and looks fabulous doing it. She takes inspiration from her hit music videos and brings them to life on stage. This show is a great reason for you to dress up, sing to your favorite Britney jams and hit the clubs right after.

Speaking of pop music, if you loved Brit-Brit, we’re sure you’re a Backstreet Boys fan. The world-famous boy band performs all of the No. 1 hits in Backstreet Boys: Larger Than Life, also at Zappos Theater inside Planet Hollywood. The residency starts March  2017. Backsteet’s back, alright!

Hottest Las Vegas nightclub on the Strip: Drai's at The Cromwell

Drai’s for days.

Drai’s Beach Club | NIghtclub at The Cromwell is one of our favorite year-round spots. During the warmer months, sun worshipers party on the rooftop and get a perfect birds-eye view of the Bellagio fountains show. Drai’s even has a once-a-week nighttime pool party if you prefer splashing beneath the stars. Its nightclub element isn’t too shabby either: Drai’s hosts tons of hip-hop and R&B acts. Past performers have included Miguel, Chris Brown, T.I., Trey Songz, Nas and much more. Before you shy away from going to a show past midnight, it’s worth the wait: These artists perform concert-length shows. With most clubs, you’ll only hear two songs and a quick shout out. That’s no fun if you waited that whole time, aching in your stilettos or sweating in your suit, all for a few short minutes. But if it’s a concert, none of that matters and it’s all worth it in the end.

Las Vegas H&M in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace

Fast fashion: Best for fast decisions.

Just when you thought it was going to be a low-key and relaxing evening, your friends decide they want to party one last time. If you 1) already blew all your money and 2) wore all your cute “going-out” clothes already, don’t despair. The three-story H&M inside The Forum Shops offers plenty of options that won’t hurt your wallet either. And hey, you can probably spring for a bracelet or two (bow ties for the gentleman). This Las Vegas H&M location also has nightclub-like vibe, which will get you right back into party mode in no time.

Vegas nightclub experience at OMNIA at Caesars Palace

Oh my, Omnia.

If you’re looking for a massive Vegas nightclub experience, (by massive, we’re talking 75,000 square feet) Omnia at Caesars Palace is the answer. You can either dance beneath the gigantic LED chandelier in the main room, or admire the Strip view from Omnia’s rooftop garden. The energy at this Las Vegas nightclub consumes you, and the music makes it even better: Tons of the world’s best EDM DJs perform here, such as Calvin Harris and Kaskade.

Designer Sneaker Hotspot - 12 A.M. RUN at the LINQ Promenade

Get your kicks.

If you’re all about looking fresh for your Instagram posts, head to Nas’ shoe and apparel store 12 AM Run, located within The LINQ Promenade. It’s a sneakerhead’s paradise, right in the heart of the Strip. Popular with locals and tourists alike, sometimes the line goes out the door on shoe release days. Get a stylish Dad hat from the Nas Ill Collection, XII AM snapbacks and merch from popular street brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma, Stussy, The Hundreds and Floyd Mayweather’s The Money Team label.

Las Vegas Bunk Bed Rooms at the LINQ

Book a cabana suite at The LINQ… or bunk with your friends.

Why leave your hotel room to go to a pool party when the pool party can come to you? It’s never too early to plan your spring break or summer vacation in Vegas. Step out into your patio and you’re right at The LINQ’s gorgeous pool area, which includes upbeat music and lily pad pool loungers. The cocktail servers take your drink and food orders from the pool’s bar, so there’s really no need to get up unless you’re taking a dip. We’ll cheers to that.

Or if you’re (as we like to say) ballin’ on a budget, stay in one of The LINQ’s bunk bed rooms. It’s like your summer camp days all over again, Vegas style. Just make sure to call top (or throw your bags on it!) before your friends do. You can also enjoy in-room board games and yoga equipment. With all of these fun features you may end up telling your friends, “Namaste in the room.”

Rock out the Las Vegas Brooklyn Bowl located in the LINQ Promenade

Rock out at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas.

If you’re staying at or visiting The LINQ, you’ll need to check out one of our favorite concert venues, Brooklyn Bowl at The LINQ Promenade. Since its opening in 2014, we’ve already seen tons of acts including Erykah Badu, Bonobo, Disclosure, The Roots, Chromeo and so much more. The sound quality is one of the best in town and if you’re good at weaving through a crowd, squeezing in tight spaces or showing up early, you can get real close to your favorite bands. We like catching a bite to eat before the show. Blue Ribbon’s fried chicken, as well as the hummus plate, are popular choices. That way, we’ll have the energy to dance and soak up all our alcohol while we’re at it.

Tasteful Las Vegas burlesque show X Burlesque at The Flamingo

X marks the spot.

If you’re looking to start the evening on a racy note, X Burlesque at the Flamingo is calling your name. The gorgeous and talented dancers mix old Vegas with a modern twist in this tasteful Vegas burlesque show. You’ll see everything from bathtubs and feather boas to burlesque-inspired lingerie. And if you’re lucky, you might be called up on stage (oww!).

Ladies, give your partner a little sexy surprise back home: Take a class at X Burlesque University. You’ll get beauty tips and learn all the sexy moves that’ll leave your significant other craving more. It’s also a fun outing for birthday and bachelorette shindigs.

Get pampered at Las Vegas salon COLOR Salon by Michael Boychuck inside Caesars Palace

Get glamorous.

If you’re getting ready to experience wildest night out in Vegas, you want to look dang good doing so. Round up the gals and head to the award-winning COLOR Salon by Michael Boychuck inside Caesars Palace. Sip champagne and admire the fancy atmosphere, all while getting pampered and pretty. Even if you’re not here for a gal’s day, take your honey with you. The couple’s loveseat pedicure service is great for bonding and treating your feet.

Print out your Las Vegas trip photos at Photo & Go at The LINQ Promenade

Last but not least, memorialize your trip.

So what do plan on doing with those crazy “I’m only doing this in my 20s” pictures (besides posting them everywhere on social)? Print them. Head to Photo & Go at The LINQ Promenade to transform your best Vegas moments into an awesome keepsake. Choose the size of your picture (which will be printed on a mat board) and place it in the frame of your choice. To really show off your Vegas memories, you can print your favorite picture in a glass, metal or wood finish and it’ll be shipped to your house. Saves you the hassle of packing it, right?

We’re sure you 20-somethings have way more up your sleeve. We can’t wait to hear about it. Check out even more fun things to do in Vegas.

About The Author

I live for a crazy Vegas adventure, but not in ways you may think. Sure, our nightlife scene is all fun and dandy, but I love discovering all of the city's vegan options, relaxing in hotel rooms and seeing the best concerts - no matter how big or small the crowd may be. Since I've ditched the rain in Seattle two decades ago, I graduated from UNLV and covered Las Vegas entertainment articles for Vegas.com, the LA Times and our very own Total Vegas Blog. When I'm not writing, you'll find me spending time with my husband, toddler and two pets.
