The LINQ Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas strip is getting ready for fall with spa treatments, seasonal cocktails and football game day specials. Not to be outdone, The LINQ Promenade is also cranking up the fun and flavor this fall with delicious new restaurant offerings plus exciting activities covering everything from mid-air chocolate on The High Roller to a zombie escape.

The LINQ Promenade on the Las Vegas Strip

New restaurants In Las Vegas open and coming soon:

  • Virgil’s Real Barbecue

      • If you consider yourself a regional BBQ fan and miss “your style” of ‘cue, Virgil’s is the place to be. The restaurant opens in November and offers the famous and distinctive flavors of barbecue favorites from Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas, the Carolinas and Missouri to the Promenade at The LINQ Las Vegas.
      • In addition to delicious food, the venue will offer private dining rooms, three outdoor spaces and live music nightly so you can dance off those delicious corn muffins and tender brisket.
      • Virgil’s will offer a culinary tour of the South’s regional BBQ styles including signature dishes like Memphis pork ribs and chicken all the way to Texas beef brisket.
      • The secret to ribs that fall off the bone and meat so tender you don’t need a knife is the slow cooking technique. Virgil’s meats are smoked at a low temperature over indirect heat for up to 10 hours. Meats are cooked over a blend of hickory, oak and fruit woods to create the intense flavor and juiciness.
      • Southern food fans will rejoice in Virgil’s sides and desserts including barbecue beans, coleslaw and cheese grits, plus banana pudding, Key lime pie and sweet potato pie. Trust this Southerner when I say quality cheese grits and banana pudding are hard to find in these parts.

Amorino Desserts New Restaurant in Las Vegas

    • Amorino Las Vegas

      • Desserts can be beautiful and European gelato brand Amorino is open to make all your sweet dreams into realities. Enjoy distinctively delicious gelato treats in the shape of flowers with each “petal” offering unlimited potential for creativity and personalization. If you want to combine orange Sicilian citrus with Speculoos and a petal or two of Mawardi pistachio sorbet, nobody’s stopping you.
      • Opt for the gelato-filled macarons, specialty coffee, crepes, waffles, hot cocoa and chocolates if your sweet tooth is seeking another type of decadence.
      • Looking for a refreshing drink instead? Amorino offers real fruit sorbet drinks made with mineral water for a sweet crispness. The menu also features Granita drinks that combine the all-natural ingredients of fruit, water and sugar for a classy way to quench your thirst.

Gordon Ramsay new restaurant in Las Vegas

  • Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips

      • Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s fourth Las Vegas restaurant opens October 7.
      • The quick service restaurant will be perfect for foodies looking for authentic British fish and chips. The menu also includes beer, cocktails and adult milkshakes to complement the tasty fried goodness.
      • Get a bird’s-eye view of the cooking process via the open kitchen concept. You’ll know why your food is so delicious because it will be cooked right before your eyes.
Haute Doggery New Restaurant in Las Vegas

Yep, it’s called the Halloweenie!

  • Haute Doggery

    • While it’s not a new restaurant, Haute Doggery has a new menu item to celebrate the season. Devour the Halloweenie dog available October 28-31. The spooky special is a char-grilled frank loaded with sauerkraut, mustard and “bloody onions” made with sautéed onions in the classic NYC-style red sauce.
  • As if this tasty goodness isn’t enough, get excited about In-N-Out Burger and Canter’s Deli coming to The LINQ Promenade this winter.

    • During the 30-minute experience, which is one full rotation on The High Roller, the chocolatier will impart chocolate knowledge and tasting hints, plus a few fun facts about The High Roller itself. Soak in the view while your palate is pleased by wine and chocolate. Take it from me, sunset pairs beautifully with a dark chocolate Lemon Satin Crème.
