TAG Bar at The LINQ Las Vegas

Sports bar or sports book?

Deciding where to watch the game is nearly as important as the team you’re backing. With basketball in full stride, we’re zeroing in on the city’s best sports bars. Fans checking out The LINQ Promenade can catch their favorite team in action at 12 locations (and on 248 flat-screens).

TAG Sports Bar inside The LINQ Hotel & Casino has 40 high-definition televisions, tables with self-serve drafts, and more than 300 bottled beers. What more can you ask for? How about cutting-edge digital casino games, touch-screen tabletop gaming units (think Frogger, checkers and chess) and a blackjack hologram dealer.

“TAG brings together the most advanced gaming technology, an extensive beer menu and a full-blown sports experience,” says Eileen Moore, LINQ Hotel’s regional president and general manager.

Catch all the hoops action at Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar.

Nearby, Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar serves up twists on American classics like his spicy Fireball Whisky Wings and the mammoth Mac-n-Cheese Bacon Burger, to be washed down with a Bloody Mary or cold brew.

On The LINQ Promenade, Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery puts you at the game. With 44 televisions, including two 15-foot screens—the Celtic-themed space offers a wild scene. “Our sound system allows us to play multiple games,”explains assistant general manager Roland Paz. “We’ll leave it up to the fans to dictate how we broadcast the sound. If you and your friends show up as face-painted fanatics—well, you win.”

Beer lovers win at Yard House. The restaurant’s selection of 160 drafts rivals that of any bar in Las Vegas, while offering an equally stout menu containing 130 items such as burgers, lettuce wraps, flatbreads and street tacos. Brooklyn Bowl is featuring Hoops on the Strip Party Packages starting at $185 per person and including all you can drink Coors Light and PBR, a bar food buffet (chicken wings, fries, etc.), breakfast buffet, and drink specials. Other package options include bowling lane rentals and even private dining room options for up to 40 people. The 19th is already sold out, but you can view the exciting package options for the 20th here and for the 21st here.
