Have you ever wanted to have your very own exclusive pool party in Las Vegas, complete with food and drink for your guests and your own DJ? Sure, a cabana or daybed rental at Caesars Palace Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis in Las Vegas nicely accommodates a party of 10 or so people, but larger groups could face problems: Cramming that many people into one tent or a single daybed could cause everyone bruised elbows for dwindling space. Caesars Palace, eager to accommodate larger groups, now offers packages where you or your organization can rent a hotel suite and the entire Bacchus or Jupiter pool venue.

You and your friends—up to 120 people per pool area—can spread out among eight daybeds, eight cabanas, and up to 80 lounge chairs. The pool venue areas can be booked anytime between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., but after-hours parties can be approved by pool management with additional labor costs. Full rental of a suite and either the Bacchus Pool or the Jupiter Pool starts at $6,500, with a 4 percent service charge.

Appease with Food and Libations

Sunbathing can be a bit physically draining and let’s face it: It’s not a pool party without cocktails. The minimum Food & Beverage package allows you to feed all your guests and supply them with drinks and snacks. The pool venue package starts at $5,000 for the first 40 guests, and $125 per additional person.

Play the Right Music

Set the tone for your private pool venue by hiring your own DJ to spin a mix customized to your scene: rave it up with today’s hot daylife EDM sounds or bring it down to smooth town with lighter background music, suitable to a corporate event. The Basic DJ package with a PA for announcements starts at $750 and includes two 15-inch speakers, or you can turbocharge your event with a Full PA package including two additional subwoofers starting at $1,250. Talent fees for the DJ run approximately $125 per hour with a four-hour shift minimum (or $500).

Choose Your After-Party Suite

As for the suite you book with the package… Well, please allow me to introduce you to the Caesars Palace Anthology Suites, some of the most luxurious and famous suites in fabulous Las Vegas. After your pool party it will be nice to take your group back up to your suite and continue partying the night away in lavish and exclusive invite-only style. Caesars Palace’s Anthology Suites range in nightly rate from $430 to tens of thousands of dollars a night.
