Doughp at Miracle MIle Shops

Opened: Spring 2019

This is a judgement-free zone, so let’s admit it: There’s a decent chance you’ve licked a dough-covered spoon while making a batch of cookies or even eaten the stuff straight out of the packaging. And that’s fine! It’s delicious stuff.

San Francisco-based Doughp, which is coming to the Miracle Mile Shops this year, makes their dough to be safely eaten cold in different forms (check out the ice cream cones above) or to be taken home and baked into cookies. And you can also feel extra good while eating these yummy treats, as Doughp has donated thousands of dollars to different charitable causes that support mental health and substance abuse issues. If you ask us, that’s pretty sweet.

Kind Heaven

Opening: 2019

What is Kind Heaven? Perhaps the better question is what it ISN’T.

Coming to The LINQ Promenade in 2019, it will serve as a multiple-level “immersive entertainment complex” that will take visitors into a version of Southeast Asia spanning from the night markets and bars of the cities to forests that evoke “Burning Man at dawn” and spiritual sanctuaries, using state-of-the-art visual technology to truly immerse visitors in the setting.

It all sounds a little out there, but we have faith, considering that the attraction has the backing of Hollywood talent (including visual effects Oscar winner Ed Jones and former execs from various film studios) and Jane’s Addiction frontman/Lollapalooza founder Perry Farrell.
