  2. Eva

Can we purchase the family pack and get our 2 children under 12 in for free?

  3. Emma Trotter

Hi Eva, are you locals? If you have 2 kids and 2 adults that need to get it, use the locals promo instead of the family pack.

  4. Ken

I am a shuttle driver for a property very close to the linq, I do not have a separate transportation ID as the shuttle is not that large. I refer guests to the district everyday. How can I receive the free tickets without a separate transportation ID? Thank you.

  5. Nancy Sanchez

is there any birthday specials? I will be there June 13th for my “60”.

  6. Emma Trotter

Hi Nancy, no birthday specials as of now!

  7. Emma Trotter

Hi Ken, I would suggest pulling up to valet with the shuttle and then speaking to the High Roller box office in the LINQ.

  8. Gayle

Is The Linq High Roller accessible with a wheelchair.

  9. Alana

Is there military discount? We are going in July.

  10. Emma Trotter

    Hi Gayle, yes it is!

  11. Emma Trotter

Hi Alana, nothing has been announced and there are no military discounts that are ongoing. However, there was a special for last Memorial Day so there could be a special for 4th of July weekend. Other than that, is you are staying at Quad or Flamingo, you can get $5 off the ticket price.

  12. Diane Navarrete

We’re staying at Harrahs …. Do we get a discount?

  13. Emma Trotter

Hi Diana, no discounts for Harrah’s. These are the deals we have going on right now:

  14. Jaime davis

  18. janet

im seeing two prices for kids– above it says kids 12 and under ride free, but when you go to purchase tickets, it says kids 3 and under ride free. Which is it?

  19. Chris

I’m a school bus driver. Am I eligible for the 2 free tickets?

  20. travel agent

can I get a discount using an iata card for travel agents. if so how do I get the discount

  21. travel agent

my daughter will be 18 in july is she considered an adult because we are coming in jul and her birthday is also in july. Do we have to show id to prove when her birthday is and when she will be 18. Most places see her as 18 because of her birthday being in the same month we will be arriving.

  22. Jeannie Garcia

Hello! Las Vegas has a strict policy because of casino and bar regulations. The legal age in Las Vegas is 21; even if she were to turn 21 the month of July, she wouldn’t be allowed in the casino area until the exact date of her birthday. Guests 21 and younger cannot stay in casino or bar areas. However, there is still plenty to do! She can watch shows, go on the High Roller, experience all of the shops, attractions and restaurants (as long as it’s not in the bar area) on the Strip. Let us know how we can help plan your itinerary. Thanks!

  23. Emma Trotter

There are currently no discounts for IATA cards or travel agents. Sorry!

  24. Emma Trotter

Hi Chris, no not at this time.

  25. Emma Trotter

Hi there, I’m not completely sure how it works if the birthday is falling right around the time you are visiting. I would try and ride the wheel while she is still 17 to be sure and get the youth discount.

  26. Emma Trotter

Hi Janet, it’s children 12 and under ride free.

  27. Noemi

Hi, how many people can you fit in one of those things?

  28. Emma Trotter

Hi Noemi, 40 people in one pod!

  29. YON

  30. Emma Trotter

Hi YON, If you are a Nevada resident there is reduced pricing for you, or if you went on a Tuesday the tickets are half off for those with NV IDs. We are still awaiting Independence Day weekend specials so there might be something good in there too. Keep checking the blog!

  31. rachel m

Are there any deals for locals for the 4th of July?

  32. Emma Trotter

Hi Rachel! Working on a blog post on that today, so check back and I will have info on it soon! Thank you for reading.

  33. Aaron

Hello Emma, How do I purchase tickets with total reward discounts like you mentioned above: SPECIAL “BEAT THE HEAT” SUMMER PRICING

  34. Emma Trotter

    Hi Aaron,
The TR pricing is still valid, but only in person ticket sales at the box office. (No online ticket purchases). Additionally we have these great deals running!:

  35. Malia

I purchased a groupon not too long ago. It’s a 2 for $65 VIP package. I was saving it for another time but then i remembered July 4 was Friday. Will I be able to use my groupon on July 4?

  36. Emma Trotter

    Hi Malia
As long as it doesn’t say anything in Groupon’s fine print about black out days or use holidays, it should be fine!

  37. hey is there a weight issued like that zip liner
am kinda heavy not hefty kinda

  38. Emma Trotter

Hi Robin, there is a weight limit of 450 pounds combined for the two-seat rides. So as long as you and the person you ride with arent above 450, you should be fine!

  39. Rob

I am thinking of buying the living social deal for two adults, my two children are aged 9 and 12, do I need to purchase a separate ticket. Or will they still be free of charge, many thanks Rob

  40. Emma Trotter

Hi Rob, no you don’t. Children 12 and under are free!

  41. stephanie

How long is the happy hour special going on for? Is it everday and do you need to make reservation for pod with open bar?

  42. If i was to purchase the groupon special for me and my wife i was wondering will my two kids still be able to ride for free they both are under the age of 12.

  43. Emma Trotter

Hi Darrell, yes kids under 12 are always free!

  44. Emma Trotter

Hi Stephanie, yes the happy hour special is daily, and yes about reservations. The happy hour ticket pricing is an option when you click to buy online, which makes buying very easy, or you can buy them in person, but it’s best to do a reservation so you guarantee your spot.

  45. Matt

How do we buy locals tickets for a Tuesday? If it has to be in person, do we need to go early in order to get them? Thanks!

  46. June

Is the Tuesday half price special good at night?

  47. Emma Trotter

Hi June, yes all day and night long on Tuesday!

  48. Emma Trotter

Hi Matt. Yes in person, and generally going in early is a good idea if you have a specific time you want to ride. Otherwise it’s just based on availability!

  49. Visitor

    Hi Emma,
If i’ll purchase a groupon VIP ticket. Can I take my daughter (18 y.o.) as a second person?
    Thank you!

  50. Shanteel Korzep

    Do teachers get a discount?

  51. Emma Trotter

Hi Shanteel, no not at this time. We are sorry about that!

  52. Emma Trotter

Hello, yes I believe you can, it’s just the daughter obviously cannot drink the free alcoholic beverage included. Not sure if that means you can have the two for yourself, but that’s what I am guessing!

  53. Vicky Q

You can also have a Caesar’s Entertainment employee invite you. Through the end of August, all CE employee’s can get in free with a guest. All children under 12 are always free. I’ve been a few time and it’s awesome!

  54. Thanks on your marvelous posting! I genuinely enjoyed
reading it, you are a great author. I will be sure to
bookmark your blog and may come back later on. I want to encourage one to continue your great work, have
    a nice weekend!

  55. Susan

Hi, do we just have to show our Total Rewards card to get the discount price of $17.95 for a daytime ride? Or do we need to have a certain amount of points on the card to get the discount?

    Thank you

  56. Emma Trotter

Hi Susan, yes just show your TR card in person at the High Roller box office and you can get the discount.

  57. Hello my friend! I wish to say that this post is amazing, great written and come
with approximately all important infos. I would like
to look more posts like this .

  58. Dustin

Disappointed the groupon expires Sept 30. I’m coming Oct 4-9!

  59. rae

What casino total rewards card do we need to have to get the discount?

  60. Emma Trotter

Hi Rae, you will need a Total Rewards players card, which you can obtain at any of Caesars Entertainment’s properties! Then just bring the card to the box office at the High Roller.

  61. Kristy

Hello we are headed to LV this weekend. Does this Happy hour promo – From 4-7 p.m. daily, both locals and visitors can purchase a ticket for $29.95 that includes one ride and unlimited drinks at the open bar inside the pod. Still exist???

  62. Emma Trotter

Hi Kristy, yes it’s still valid! Go to and select “buy tickets” and “happy half hour – day”!

  63. David

If I buy the Daytime Standard ticket for a ride, what is the last ride for Daytime Standard ticket? 5:30 PM 6PM?

  64. Emma Trotter

Hi David, it’s 6:30 but may change over soon to accomodate daylight savings time.

  65. Jenai

Arrived at 6:45 pm to buy the daytime price ticket with the Total Rewards member price of $17.95. Cashiers would not honor it and said they knew nothing about that price. Purchased the ticket anyway and thought about it for a few minutes and returned to the line to upgrade to the happy hour ticket since it was only $5 more. Since the computer switches over to the nighttime pricing at 5 minutes to the hour, we were only offered the option of the nighttime pricing. Ride was good but was disappointed because I recruited a group and we all had different expectations based on what I read here.

  66. Emma Trotter

Hi Jenai, I’m so sorry about your experience – let me look into the TR pricing and confirm if they are still doing it.

  67. Sharla Houze

Hi. My husband and I are coming November 16th. He a moustache and beard so will that count towards the “Movember” price? It says he just has to make a $5 donation to charity. And is it a charity of our choice?

  68. Johnny

Is the locals pricing still good on Tuesdays? Any other deals for locals? Thx.

  69. Johnny

And free ride if I grow a mustache? Do I need a ticket?

  70. Emma Trotter

Hi Johnny. Yes this is our Movember promotion. You will donate your $5 at the High Roller box office and in exchange you will get a free ticket!

  71. Emma Trotter

    Hi Sharla
Yes that will count toward the Movember price. He will donate his $5 at the High Roller box office for the Movember charity, and will get a ticket to ride in exchange!

  72. Emma Trotter

Hi Johnny, Yes locals pricing is still good on Tuesday! The $5 Movember promotion is good for locals and tourists as well.

  73. Hi! Deeply appreciate all the information. Are tickets for the MOVEMBER promotion only good during the daytime, or are they good for both times? Thanks so much!!

  74. Al

Emma, does everyone needing locals tickets have to show up for the purchase or is just one OK? I’d like to purchase tickets Monday for Tuesday.

  75. Emma Trotter

Hi Al, wow that’s a good question I havent been asked before! I’m pretty sure if you are just there to present your ID, you can buy as many as needed.

  76. Emma Trotter

Hi Stephen, yes they are good for day or night!

  77. Khorn

Is the men with Mustache promo still good? we want to go on Sunday?

  78. Emma Trotter

Yes, it’s good through the entire month of November!

  79. Hi Emma, are there any promotions for Dec 4-7 for the High Roller? Thank you, Donna

  80. Emma Trotter

Hi Donna, there aren’t any other specific promotions at that time, other than the Santa Run (see blog post) but the Happy Hour daytime pricing is really the best value deal as far as riding the wheel 🙂

  81. Jen

Do they still offer the Total Rewards discount for $17.95? I didn’t see an answer to that question.

I have $100 credit on my Total Rewards card from Social Rewards. Would I be able to use it towards High Roller tickets?

  82. Emma Trotter

Hi Jen, yes the $17.95 price is still good, listed under “High Roller pricing”
As far as the TR card, I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to use it for your HR ticket, unless the fine print says you cant?

  83. Mable

Where do you buy the Family Hour Package: $49.95 for Saturday mornings?
And how do you get free tickets for kids under 13?

  84. Emma Trotter

Hi Mable, these are in-person at the LINQ/High Roller box office Saturday mornings. You can get the tickets then, and won’t be charged for kids tickets.

  85. Pat

can you use Military and Linq discount for $10 off

  86. Hello Pat,

Discounts cannot be combined. Thank you.

  87. Tim Dewbre

Hello! Just wondering if you can pre-purchase tickets for the July 4tb at the scheduled times for fireworks? Thanks!

  88. Allison Duck

Hi there! At the High Roller, tickets are not sold for specific time slots. Guests are admitted upon arrival but the admission time into the cabin depends upon capacity. Since we cannot guarantee where on the wheel guests will be during the time of the fireworks, it would be difficult to try and plan out a scheduled time. There will be 4th of July festivities on the LINQ Promenade July 1-4 with parades every afternoon plus family-friendly activities like a DJ, balloon artists, face painters, stilt walkers, caricature artists and games. Look for a Total Vegas story mid-week regarding additional 4th of July events!

  89. Georg

Hi. Where do we find the digital photos after the ride? We got a ticket with a 6 digit code from Totalsnapshot, but this page require 8 digits/letters. Could you post the link? Thanks 🙂

  90. Allison Duck

    Hi Georg,
If you look on the bottom right of the ticket you received, the code for your photos will be under the barcode and should consist of eight numbers and letters that can be entered on the site. You’ll need to create a username and password there and your photo(s) are available for 30 days. If you need further assistance, feel free to call 702-322-0549. Thanks and we hope you enjoyed your experience on The High Roller! 🙂

  91. Gio

My friends and I were planning a trip to Vegas in December and we were wondering if there was any deals/discounts to get on the High Roller during that month?
    Thank you ?

  92. Allison Duck

    Hi Gio,
We don’t have information quite that far in advance but if you check back in a few months we will be happy to provide the current details. We aim to keep this story updated with deals as they come up. Also, if you contact the concierge at a Caesars Entertainment property, they should know closer to the time as well. Thanks and happy trip planning!

  93. Norm

I weigh 260 pounds – can I ride the happy hour one ?

  94. Allison Duck

    Hi Norm,

Absolutely! We look forward to your visit! You can book your tickets right here: ilv_thingstodo_highroller

  95. JACK
