The chef who wins in Vegas, stays in Vegas. That’s how it goes, right?

In Vegas Chef Prizefight, elite chefs test their culinary credentials in a multi-cuisine clash all around the Caesars Entertainment Empire.

Following last episode’s epic challenge at Guy Fieri’s El Burro Borracho, the action this time moves on to a new battlefield: MR CHOW at Caesars Palace.

The challenge? Present their take on this outlet’s Bejing-inspired dishes. The chefs must not only master the culinary style, but add a theatrical element to the overall presentation. Who is up to the task? Who will go home?

Hosted by Anne Burrell, of Food Network fame, the remaining six contestants will take on delicious dishes such as:

  • Green Prawns
  • Beijing Duck
  • Shanghai Little Dragon
  • Dressed Dungeness Crab
  • MR CHOW Noodles

Does that all make your mouth water? MR CHOW is a classy, modern Chinese restaurant serving Beijing cuisine family-style. Beijing Duck is the centerpiece, but dishes like chicken satays and the aforementioned green prawns come highly recommended. Be sure to pair it with one of their many specialty cocktails.

It’s also a truly unique restaurant in that it is located on the second story and accessed via private elevator. It overlooks the lovely Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis. Dinner with a view – and you didn’t even have to cook it in front of a TV audience!

Catch “Vegas Chef Prizefight” on Food Network every Thursday at 10 p.m. PT. This episode airs Thursday, March 19, 2020.
