Chic Champagne: Celebratory Spots for Sipping Bubbly

Sip champagne at the FIZZ Las Vegas in Caesars Palace

Las Vegan Robin Leach is famous for his catchphrase “champagne wishes and caviar dreams.” So when in Vegas, why not follow his lead and find yourself a flute of bubbly on The Strip.

At Bally’s Las Vegas, tuxedo-clad waiters at the legendary Sterling Brunch at BLT Steak serve endless flutes of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut to wash down the unlimited American sturgeon caviar at your disposal. Leach would be proud.

During brunch at GIADA inside The Cromwell, celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis serves limitless La Marca Prosecco mimosas to complement her Italian cuisine. Or order a bottle of Veuve Clicquot or Moët & Chandon instead.

At celebrity hotspot MR CHOW at Caesars Palace, a champagne trolley carrying a half-dozen varietals of bubbly are available by the glass, including Dom Pérignon. With the futuristic moon effect balancing above the contemporary white room, a flute makes a perfect pairing for the innovative Chinese cuisine.

Elsewhere at Caesars, Elton John’s FIZZ Las Vegas is a study in champagne. As the name hints, the ultra lounge offers a variety of champagnes including two-hour windows of Bottomless Bubbles. Or partake in the Chocolate & Champagne Experience, where a flight of Moët is paired with Belgian chocolates for a decadent treat.

And a visit to Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace leads you to the only Krug Chef’s Table in the United States, a private dining room for six with floor-to-ceiling views of the main kitchen. Or imbibe from the masterfully cultivated champagnecart menu, courtesy of esteemed head sommelier Phil Park.
