BUTTERFLY  EFFECT: MARIAH CAREY OPENS NEW CAESARS PALACE RESIDENCY

Mariah Carey’s fascination with butterflies is well documented. Not only did she name her sixth studio album Butterfly, but she’s worn butterfly-embroidered dresses, bedazzled belts and diamond-encrusted jewels. Now, she’s named her new show, “The Butterfly Returns.” Upcoming performances at The Colosseum
at Caesars Palace are August 31 through September 10.

“MILLIONAIRE” FILMS IN LAS VEGAS

Originating from Caesars Entertainment Studios in Las Vegas, “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” returns with all-new shows this September. As in seasons past, expect “Millionaire,” hosted by Chris Harrison, to bring back its most popular specialty weeks including “Lucky In Love Week” and “Celebrity Look-A-Like Week.” For tickets to a taping of the show, visit a kiosk next to the Total Rewards desk at Bally’s Las Vegas or reserve online at millionairetv.dadt.com.

MAC KING SIGNS FOUR-YEAR EXTENSION

Talk about longevity. Quirky magician Mac King began his reign in Las Vegas in January 2000. Now the mad plaid comic, known for his quick wit, visual gags and sleight-of-hand acts, has signed on to perform his family-friendly show at Harrah’s Las Vegas through 2023.
