Relax & Rejuvenate: Get Fit and Recharge at Nobu Hotel

The cornerstones of the energetic Nobu lifestyle are eating, sleeping and living well. At Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace, you can do all three. When Chef Nobu Matsuhisa launched “the Nobu experience” with the opening of the first Nobu Hotel in 2013, he promised that his luxury-boutique hotel brand would create “shared experiences of excitement and escapism.” By 2019, 12 Nobu-branded hotels are expected to be in operation across the globe.

Here at Caesars Palace, the Nobu experience extends beyond the hotel suite and restaurant, and into the fitness center and Qua Baths & Spa, where there are seven Nobu-inspired treatments ranging from 50-minute facials and body scrubs to longer, more complex treatments. For Matsuhisa, it’s the key to a well-rounded life. “I exercise every day— treadmill, bicycle, swimming, stretching. People say there’s no time to do exercise, but that’s an excuse,” Matsuhisa told the Harvard Business Review. “Everyone has 30 or 45 minutes in the morning, and when you start sweating, it feels so good. It even fixes jet lag.”

Nagomi Ritual

A journey to stimulate the senses, this experience begins with a floral footbath and foot treatment. That’s followed by a relaxing body message, and a facial that incorporates facial reflexology, plus an exfoliation and mask, leaving skin restored and revitalized.
