RENAISSANCE MAN: GORDON RAMSAY

Gordon Ramsey
If it weren’t for a knee injury we might know Gordon Ramsay more for his footwork on the pitch than his fiery personality in the kitchen. When the chef’s dream of playing professional soccer was derailed, he turned to cooking, in large part, because of his mother.

Following culinary school, Ramsay went on to work under Michelin starred chefs Guy Savoy and Joël Robuchon. Ramsay began his partnership with Caesars Entertainment in 2012 with the opening of Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas. He now runs five restaurants in Las Vegas.
