Scene Stealers – Hollywood Hotshots Caesars Palace In Film

In honor of Caesars Palace 50th Anniversary, we take a look back at some fan favorite movies with the best Las Vegas movies that were filmed at the iconic hotel.

Caesars Palace has a long history with Hollywood. Since opening in 1966, more than 30 movies have been filmed at the resort. Here are seven of our favorites

1) In Southpaw, Jake Gyllenhaal fought for redemption.

2) Tom Cruise taught Dustin Hoffman how to dance in the resort’s Forum Tower Emperor Suite in the Academy Award winning film, Rain Man. To this day, many guests still refer to the room as “the Rain Man

Just found a photo taken in the original showroom when Liberace was performing. He was still one of the best acts we have ever seen in Las Vegas. This photo has to be in the late 60s. I remember having flowers in the room when we arrived and having reservations made for dinners and shows anywhere in the city. I love Las Vegas.

Hi Ernest – That movie was filmed in the “Rain Main” suite at Caesars Palace. It’s now called the Emperor Suite. You can find more info on how to book it here: https://www.caesars.com/anthology-suites/caesars-palace
