GRAB A SLICE

Pizza joints have been popping up all over Las Vegas of late. Here are four of our favorites.

Di Fara Pizza

A New York institution since 1964, these award-winning pies are created from all-imported ingredients, including two types of mozzarella, Grana Padano parmesan and San Marzano tomatoes. Even the water is flown in from New York’s Catskill Mountains.
Forum Food Court, Caesars Palace

Fulton Street Food Hall

Located in the Strip’s first-ever food hall, this mini-pizzeria serves seven types of cooked-to-order pies—each with a crisp, crunchy crust and gooey cheese. Slices available late at night.
Harrah’s Las Vegas

Pin-Up Pizza

Size matters. Gigantic 15-inch New Yorkstyle slices rule here. Both the dough and the sweeter pomodori pelati tomatoes are flown in from Naples, Italy, while whole milk and Sorrento mozzarella from Buffalo, New York, make for a melty cheese.
Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino

Ringer Wings, Pizza & Sliders

Slices from nearby Pin-Up Pizza mean you won’t have to leave the sports book and its 33 plasma TVs when hunger strikes.
