Las Vegas Summer Sipper Cocktails

Refreshing summertime cocktails at your favorite Strip resorts

Summer cocktails are meant to be light and refreshing. Something sweet. Something simple. Something sippable. Margaritas, mojitos and martinis immediately come to mind—but anything with a bit of a rum punch certainly fits the bill. Here we offer three alternatives to the usual suspects.

This signature drink mixes Kappa pisco, pineapple syrup, lime juice, homemade apricot preserves, egg white and Angostura bitters. To top it off, the foam is signed with a “G.”
